    Very happy with the purchase, easy to operate and hits all the spots. I think for the price you really cant beat it as some other 3D or 4D massage chairs cost significantly more.

    It actually took less space than I pictured so that was a plus too.

    For years…YEARS Ive been wanting to surprise my husband with one of these anti-gravity massage chairs, but the price was in the thousands and I just couldnt foresee spending that much at Christmas. This year though, Best Buy had this chair for $999. I read the reviews and knew it was a deal I couldnt pass up! Free delivery, and ita been absolutely amazing. My husband is 6’4 and 270 lbs and fits comfortably.

    Works good for the price, I got it on sale for 1000 bucks, it just needs to break in at first..! the pressure from the rollers was hurting my back and I used a pillow for cushion, after about a week Or 2.. I got used to it. I think the rollers started to settle in…. and now it works good

    Wow! This is an amazing massage chair! I purchased this for my partner on Christmas. He typically gets an in person massage 1-3 times per week which was costing us about 1800+ per month (with tip). I decided to get a massage chair to see if we could cut down the amount of in-person massages he needed! He uses this DAILY! The massage chair has firm pressure – you can adjust the pressure and where you would like it on your body. The chair does produce heat as well. Overall its an excellent purchase – many other massage chairs look super fancy but cost 5000 – 8000. I am not upset with this purchase at all and would buy again!

    I actually really liked the chair while it worked. Unfortunately while moving the chair I broke the wire to the remote, rendering the chair unusable. I have contacted both Best Buy and Insignia and turns out they do not have any option for replacing that remote. I am very frustrated that even though this was my fault, I now have a chair that is unusable simply because they do not make a replacement remote.

    Enjoy the chair while you can, but just know if your remote ever breaks, there will be nothing you can do. I am massively dissapppointed.

    I love my chair I was rearended last December my medical benefits were exhausted and I am down to one day a week for physical therapy. This is so beneficial for whip lash and back pain. My husband loves it too after a grueling day at work!!

    Excellent for the price – all the basic features needed from a massage chair. It’s a bit strong – particularly when you’re trapped by the calf massager and the foot rollers start tickling your feet. But you can make some adjustments like using one at a time. Would recommend!

    Every penny worth it. The massaging chair is so good that I feel very relaxed after a long day at work’s, my whole body feels so good after that, I do recommend this to everyone specially elders also. Even my cousin asked me about the chair where did you brought this so I share the link with Best Buy but unfortunately it’s sold out and I waited since last year to buy this chair.

    Hello people. I just want to say that my wife and I get a massage every other day and so far no problems with anything. Since we bought it for Christmas present 2023 now instead of going to the mall we just go to our room and relax while watching our favorite shows. I really really recommend this item and I’m looking forward for many many more massages

    I’ve dreamt of owning a chair like this for 40 years and they’re usually $3500-$15000… So to go from 2500 down to $1000 interest free was a dream deal.

    The chair is actually delightfully amazing even if it goes off sale! It has fantastic articulation massaging every part of the body … Just don’t expect to be using your smartphone or snacking as long as your arms and shoulders are being massaged!

    The chair is good and comfortable, the back roller is a little bit too aggressive and the inflatable sections don’t doo much. I paid 1k for it on sale, don’t pay the full price I don’t think is worth it. In my first week of having the chair the connection to the remote started to fail but after a couple of weeks is working just fine so fingers cross it stays that way.

    To be fair, this is the first time using a full-body massage chair, and would not be able to compare it to other chairs. However, with the price that we got, it beats going to the massage place every so often. After using the chair, my wife and I get plenty of use out of it. The two issues that I have are 1. that there should be a button for when it’s completely done, that it would reset to the sitting position or at least when done reset to the sitting position, and 2. the massage on the arms do not feel firm enough, even after increasing the intensity.

    Is amazing, it was a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it, and I love it too. It has everything I need. Scans your body and makes sure you can fit on it, I am 4’9 my husband is 5’7 so is perfect. After work we come home to a relaxing massage. I have notice that I am not that tired like before and most importantly relaxed me. Great buy. I bought it base on the comments.

    Worked great for a while and then the foot rollers went out. They replaced it for free and then the new one had the arms and legs air pressure go out. You get what you pay for.

Also Best Buy was wonderful with helping me hold it there until closer to Christmas and helped me load it up when I picked it up, great experience all around!

    I struggled between the 2D and 3D, because without trying them out you really don’t know what to expect. Super glad I chose this one. I comes in one piece and fits through the front door. I use it everyday. I am on a computer all day and my back (from my neck to my shoulder blades and spine) thanks me! Would purchase over and over again. Pricing was great. I paid $950 during Cyber Monday with 24 mo. interest financing through BB.

    I’m sure they’re better models out there but not for this price. You’ll definitely get your bang for your bucks everybody enjoys it . I read reviews too before we bought this one and they helped me make my decision on the purchase. The majority of the people seem to really like them and there’s some good YouTube videos too.

    Solid chair bought on sale. However I did not like the leg mechanism in that you had to push the foot rest out. Also would prefer if there was heat for feet. Returned it and will be looking for a 4D with feet heat.
