    The fridge is nice looking and works, but the icemaker has plastic parts and has broken twice. If you have multiple family members in your house, it is likely to ice dispensor part will break.

    I love my new refrigerator! Plenty of space. Taller bottles (milk, creamer) will need to go in the door. Plenty of space for your food. Love it!

    The refrigerator came with a warranty but, I still had to pay for them to come and fix the doors that they had put on uneven. I love the refrigerator but, I don’t feel that I should have had to pay for them to come and fix their mistake.

    I am a happy customer. I purchased a refrigerator, Installed it myself, only to find the ice maker was not working. I contacted the Geek Squad they sent out a guy to fix it. He did.

    Excellent Refrigerator keep everything fresh and freezer is absolutely perfect keep everything frozen. Only little draw back is the pressure of the water from the water dispenser, Icemaker plenty of perfect icecubes. There is plenty of adjustable shelf to fit anybody needs.

    If I could give a no star review I would. When we first bought this the ice maker went out at 6 months old. Now it’s 3 years later and the compressor went and because it’s a high pressure compressor, no one works on it and the manufacturer warranty is only a year. What a piece of crap, Please DO NOT buy this.

    I am impressed that the appliance looks nicer in my kitchen than it does in the sales picture. Before buying, I read some negative reviews and I do not agree with those at all. It has a lot of well spaced shelves. It is not noisy. It is very well lighted. I love the smaller size ice cubes. I hope that I stay this happy with it.

    So far so good. Saw there were many that had issues with seals and noise. I haven’t had that experience and Geek Squad installers did a great job.

    We should have read these 1-star reviews before purchasing, many describing the same problem we’re having: “EP” Error, ice machine broken just weeks after the warranty expired. Best Buy sent a technician but claimed no replacement parts are available because this product is “too new”. So now we’re stuck with a broken “new” refrigerator.

    Wish we’d kept our old refrigerator which was also broken, but at least we’d have saved money not buying this thing.

    I’ve only had it for about a month now, but i really like it. Some say the ice maker is loud and I can see their point, but it doesn’t bother me. It makes enough ice for my needs, I’ve mever come close to running out.. You can see finger prints a bit but they clean off easily and aren’t a problem if you dont touch it all over the place. Has a clean modern minimalist look and I like the super cool/super freeze functions. Temperature is spot onto what the refrigerator displays based on analog thermometers inside the fridge and freezer.

    The first one I bought they had to pick it back up five days later the second one they brought seems to be working OK I bought it mid 2022 It’s a bit loud but other than that it seems to be working fine had a few problems with the second one they came back and fixed it

    The “Brand New” product came damaged and looks like they tried to cover the damage up. The delivery team also damaged it even more when bringing it into the house. Best Buy has yet to give me any sort of partial refund and their customer service has been terrible.
