Cheap and disappointing product! 1-1/2 years out of it and the inferior PLASTIC tub blew a hole 1-1/2x 3/4 wide in the bottom. Plus there is always a dirty water smell when you turn it on. I am very disappointed in Insignia and Best Buy and will never buy another Insignia product. The cost to repair is at least $300.

Horribly made products. The dryer broke within three months and replacement parts never arrived. The washing machine produced the smelliest clothes even after disinfecting numerous times. I junked both within months of buying them for new LG units. Same price and infinitely better.
Never, ever buy Insignia products. First time in my life that I junked purchased products still under warranty.

Terrible. Don’t waste your money on install. They never showed up and ended up doing it ourselves, including carrying it upstairs. Terrible customer service. I plan on returning the items. Every time a load is in the washer is ALL OVER THE PLACE and ended up putting scuffs all over the walls.
