    Item was delivered on time, great price, works flawlessly!! The only issue I have was the shipping company dropped the fridge and it was dented but doesn’t affect design function. Best Buy compensated with a discount.

    First two units that came to the house were damaged. Finally we had to pick one up at the store almost one month after we originally ordered it. Very frustrating and time consuming. Spent so many hours on the phone to get it right. Then had to make three trips to the store.

    Cooler works great, I like that the light turns on when you open the door. Some people mention the door not staying closed if you slam it too hard, I found if you adjust the front legs so the cooler tilts towards the back that gravity will keep it closed.
    My thermometer shows 37 degrees which keeps the beverage’s
    plenty cold, I would buy this cooler again.

    I bought 3 of them and all 3 did not get cold..one would not go below 42 degrees and the other 2 would not go below 52 degrees… no one would come out and work on Insignia and Best Buy would not send any one either…DO NOT buy any Insignia products..appliance repair said you can not get parts for them.

    We bought this drink fridge on 6/9 and by 8/21 it was making a terrible noise every time the fan kicked on. Now it isn’t getting cool at all. I loved the price for the product, but it’s not worth the bargain.

    after 14 months the temperature sensor went out and Insignia said it would potentially be better to purchase a new one rather than having this one fixed. Nice product, but it just doesn’t last at all.

    In direct sun drinks don’t stay as cold in here. I have mine outside and I tinted the glass which helps it stay cold. It’s worth the money just tint the glass if it’s outside in humid weather and direct sun

    Wanted an affordable under the counter refrigerator for waters, sodas and beers and this was it. Husband remove dishwasher that wasnt being used and easily slid this into its place. Will take time to cool all beverages, as instructions said. Good price for what we needed.

    Purchased this item in 2019 with a 4 year extended warranty and it stopped cooling at 4 yrs 8 months. I would have hoped for more years. I guess I should have spent more $ on a better quality item. I would not buy again.

    Put this in with ankther insignia wine frisge on a new wet bar. This was just looks cheap and out if place compaired to the wine fridge. Wibe fridge was $100 less wnd insignia as well. White light is outdated and far from seek. Would return but Best Buy’s terrible return policy already past. So trash or craigslist it goes.

    So far am enjoying this fridge. The style is great and love that it has versatility with which side you can put the door. Also holds quite a bit as well! Only downfall is that if you close the door just a tad too hard, instead of letting the door close on it’s own with gravity. The door doesn’t keep closed and will bounce back open. Another weird thing is that it keeps accumulating moisture on the bottom of the fridge which seems to be coming from the drain in the back. Could be user error, but haven’t figured out the what to do about it yet.

    This is a very good drink cooler. A number of people have complained that it doesn’t get cold enough; we have experienced this also but this is linked to recent loading up of hot drinks into the unit. If you ensure you have adequate ventilation in the unit (don’t fill it too full) and give it a full 24 hours to cool, it should cool everything down to the desired temperature.

    I ended up buying two of these for my beverage bar. Love them! Slide into the built in area nicely. Lights up nicely. Keep beverages cool. Only “issue” is that the shelves could be stronger, if you load them up, they bow a bit in the middle
