    Great charger, a bit bulky but nice. Does not work with Dell XPS 15, a little disappointed about that but what can you do, only chargung the machine at about 85 watts; this is only with Dell for the most part, other brands like HP should charge fine. The braded cable is nice and is 240 watts, so it’s a some nice future proofing on best buys end.

    The upper and lower ports should be labeled. I know that they have different power output, but i can’t remember which is which.

    The user guide says it has PPS but it does NOT.
    It will NOT Super Fast Charge at 25w/45w on a Samsung device (S22U/S23U/Tab S9U). It only does Fast Charge/PD.

    And it’s a bit bulky compared to the Insignia 100W which does support PPS. The 100W is a better buy if you don’t need the additional 40 watts,

    It is a very good product as it helps me charge two devices quickly and efficiently, which I love very much! I sincerely recommend it, apart from the fact that it is cheaper than an Apple charger for your computer and cell phone. Also, I have not found another charger like this one!

    I bought an Open Box – Excellent version which included the 240W cable as pictured.

    I could NOT get it to activate the 28A profile to get 140W output.

    I have a 16″ M3 MacBook Pro (this new M3 model accepts 140W from either MagSafe or USB-C), and the OEM 140W Apple charger. With the OEM charger, I can get 28V/5A (140W) with the MagSafe and the Insignia 240W cable.

    However, when using the Insignia charger, both the MagSafe and the 240W cable would cap out at 100W as shown in the MacBook’s System Information->Power info.

    In summary – cable works as advertised, at least up to the 240W I could test. The power supply itself couldn’t get past 100W. This is using a single port, nothing plugged into the 2nd. I tried both ports with the same result. If you have anything at all plugged into a second port, the max you can get from a single port is 100W.

    As such, I had to return this. I’m not sure if the open box designation had anything to do with this inability to engage 28V, possibly it was a customer return for the same reason.

    I’ve owed 2 of these, 1 St one worked great for about 12 hours. Returned it for another one from another store that also lasted about 12 hours. I’m charging a laptop that only requires 65 watts so I’m not over extending the charger. I have 2 100 watt capable cords bit are working on other devices so right now, I’m very disappointed in this product. Happy to hear others are having good luck.
