Highly recommend. Not to difficult to move, just tip and go using side handles.

I really like my washing machine. It was fairly easy to install although I paid someone to do it because I didn’t want to wait a month for Best Buy’s installation service. This machine washes the clothes good and fills up with the perfect amount of water for the different load sizes. The only cons (my reason for 4 stars) are that the inside is kind of small and I think there is a possibility that my washer had a previous owner due to a small dent in it upon arrival. One of the wash cycles doesn’t complete and if I select that specific cycle (34 minute wash) I have to restart the machine and select a different cycle (rinse & spin only) to complete it. It doesn’t bother me as I have figured out a way around it and there are plenty of other wash cycles to choose from that work fine. I think that was the reason the previous owner returned it thinking it was a dud when it’s actually a powerhouse. Overall I am pleased with this washing machine as it does exactly what I need it to do…wash my clothes well.

Terrible experience. Ordered “open box” for 30 bucks less, and got almost “open trash can” with dents and metal wrinkled so big that it’s embarrassing. The product itself is good, but customer service sucks.
Now, when I want to return, there is no chance to do anything. I have to deliver it myself to the store which is not that easy in New York CIty. Thanks for a nightmare customer support.

Wonderful little washing machine. Spins close so well that they are almost dry when I take them out of the washer. Has a quick wash which is great for lighter clothes. On quick wash it actually fills, agitates, drains, spins and then fills again and agitates for the rinse. Your almost getting 2 wash cycles in 15 min., although the second agitation does not have soap.

I got this during COVID, as I did not want to go to the shared laundry room. This was affordable to me and is a great help since.
I was worried about the setup, but it was pretty straight forward actually. I did not have a wall-mounted hot/cold washing machine water line. So, I decided to go with the Sink-water inlet and draining. The washing machine comes up with the mountings that are necessary to attach the water inlet to the sink tap. But remember, in this method you can only use one water hose. So, the way I use it is to keep both hot water and cold water running on the tap and just have one water hose attach to the washing machine that supplies the mixed water. I hope this does not sound too complex. I have also attached an image to clarify.
Moreover, the washing machine does an excellent job of cleaning the clothes along with rinsing them nicely. I mostly use the “extra rinse” feature though which in total makes the washing cycle about 65 minutes.
For me, this is an excellent compact washing machine that I would highly recommend.

I received this washing machine last week via shipping to home. I set up the machine using the instruction manual. It said to do a test wash where the setting has to be rinse/spin; I set it according to the instructions and pressed the start/pause button but nothing happened and it displayed E1. I did an actual wash with a large load displaying a timer of 44 minutes; first was wash setting and the water properly dispensed into the machine and washed the load but when it came time to rinse at 23 minutes it didn’t do anything and again displayed E1. I contacted Best Buy and Insignia (which just reroutes to Best Buy) and will get a replacement shipped/this one picked up but in the meantime if anyone has ideas as to how this could be fixed it would be great.

Please do not buy this portable washing machine. The first thing I did before buying this product was I call and ask if I can wash a queen size blanket on this portable machine, they said yes, ok fine, i saw all youtube videos about the machine, fine, I saw people putting a decent amount of clothing, so decided to buy the product. When the machine the first thing i did was to put the blanket to wash, and the machine STOP working, so i have to take out the blankit out of the machine full of water, my aparment got floated by the water on the machine, i have to out the blanket on a plastic bag like garbage, after that, i decide to do another cycle to see if had such a bad luck and to prove that the machine stop working, and yes the machine didn’t worked.

We bought this about 10 months ago. I wanted to wait to see how it did before i wrote a review. So first thing first. It did come on time which was a plus. It came well packed, and came in perfect condition. I was a little skeptical at first from reading the reviews, but so glad we decided to order it. Its well worth the money and it works really well was very impressed. We would definitely recommend this washer. Very easy to use and install.

I’ve been using this washer in a vacation condo for two years and could not be more pleased. It actually washes clothes better than my full size home washer.
It holds more laundry than I was expecting, such as complete queen sheet sets, or multiple shorts/shirts.
I stubbed out hot/cold connections in the bathroom with quick disconnects (see photo), and it drains into the bathtub, so using it is a breeze.
Using the existing casters didn’t work well, so I put it on a small wheeled platform that I bought on Amazon.

Absolutely love it. I started doing smaller loads of laundry during covid to make sure my scrubs were not just sitting around the garage/ house. Energy efficient and soooo quick. Zero issues. It’s light weight and advertises as a small apartment/ rv washer because you can hook it up to your water source/ sink and let it drain in your kitchen or bathroom sink and tuck it away when you are done!!!!

I’ve had my washer for less than two years. I have never written a review on a product before, let alone a negative one, but I am disappointed.
I loved this machine, but it stopped working. An error code (E1) keeps popping up, preventing my clothing from going into the rinse cycle.
I have read the user manual in full and talked with both customer service at Best Buy and Insignia. Their suggestions were to ensure the door is shut, the water was on, and try to turn the machine on and off, none of which worked. Neither company demonstrated technical knowledge of the machine, each suggesting to reach out to the other, which was frustrating.
Because I am just outside of warranty, I would have to pay $99 minimum to have a technician check on my machine, nearly 1/3 of the original cost. It just doesn’t seem right that it would break before two years. I am happy to follow a guide and do it myself, but neither company has provided helpful resources. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know!

I’ve had this washer for 3 years or so and it has been amazing. I’m sad to see that it is no longer being made because I can’t imagine a more perfect washer for tiny places like our duplex. It washes like any other washer but its compact so fits less clothing which is exactly what we needed. It is also pretty.
