So far the computer has run every game without issue, at high/extreme graphics. Had one issue where the hard drive needed to be replaced. They sent me a new one and I sent the old one there was no charge besides shipping. The computer is very solid for the price but would suggest getting more storage.

This PC was fantastic for most of the time I had it. However, after having it for 8 months with little usage over the past 2 months… the system crashed. Upon hard reset it would only load into BIOS. Took it to Geek Squad and they deemed it as hard drive failure. They sent it off to manufacturer and I got an e-mail 3 days later approving me for an “exchange” where I got full store credit back. I will not be seeking to repurchase this build.

This was a great purchase for my husband! He loves it so much. It was easy to set up, and continues to be used daily. This is the most enjoyed thing in my home currently. we are already talking about buying another one, so we can replace my Xbox, and switch to pc gaming.

I bought this item for my husband Nov2022 and everything was running until the computer needed to be updated . We tried simultaneously to get the computer up and running before taking it to Geek Squad. (Never came on) August 2023 the computer stop working . Geek squad found the issue and wanted me to fix what’s was dead HD! I explain to Geek squad to send it back to the MF and let them fix it because the computer wasn’t a year old ! So Geek squad sent it back ,just for the company to tell me they will not replace anything on the computer . Here’s your money back !

Not going to lie, i was uncertain about buying this since i wasnt familliar with Ibuypower… but i am glad i did. Right out of the box it was able to handle *most* of what was thrown at it. I have upgraded it since, but that was simple since there are 4 ram slots and plenty of room for SSD/HDD and the extra slot for a second m.2 nvme drive.
Only drawbacks i had for this was the RGB system that came with it, lack of USB-C, and the size of the fan that was attached to the processor (i switched over to a liquid cooling system).

SSD failed after only 6 months of use and i lost all the data on the drive. Cheap components were used and quality was bad (for yhe ssd atleast)

The machine runs great, the occasional CPU overheating issue happens but thats likely just running games at a spec higher than this is able to play safely. Just make sure theres no issues with your cooling and youll be just fine.

This PC has been really great this past year I’ve had it! I bought it around Black Friday 2022, and it’s been wonderful! The only thing is that the SSD got corrupted about 3 months in, but the RMA was easy and they actually sent me a better brand! So, I would definitely recommend this PC and iBuyPower!

I got this thing twice, it came broken the first time, and the second time I got it it worked but only one fan light worked, this pc cannot support new shaders, and it slow and freezes a lot, fans are very loud, I recommend buying more ram and a more efficient fan. Whenever I click a new tab it freezes or whenever i do an action. It was good at first when I played roblox, other games don’t work good with it, pc began to get worse over days. Now I’m broke from buying new parts

A year later and everything works. The cpu cooler was insufficient however, and had a AIO installed instead. I reached 100c within 5 minutes of playing Warhammer: Darktide.

It worked pretty good for the first year and then it just kind of crapped out after that like going in and out of like PC repair shops and now I have a software issue. I’m pretty sure that is making it so I can’t play any games and can’t here any audio or play video so that’s not that good but I would say for the price and if you have a like if you have a gift card, or maybe just want a prebuilt I would buy it just don’t expect it to last you many years cause it probably won’t at least mind didn’t. I got this pc after another one i ordered online (different retailer) arrived and as soon as i booted it the CPU constiantly overheated and was basically DOA. This pc out the box has been amazing and plays all the games i play at 120 fps or more on high!!!

Sadly yes it crashes a lot I’ve had it for a year. After a few hours of gaming just crashes and freezes. Done everything I do to fix EVERYTHING ! I had high hopes for this pc. I recommend getting a pc from somewhere else.
