    Ive waited a full year to review this pc to gove it a good amount of time and i still love it like i did when i brought it home. The supplied keyboard and mouse arent anything special and i have replaced them but theyre not the inportant part. I fully use this pc for gaming as well as day to day video calling and browsing. Its been a really great purchase and i love it.

    I purchased this computer in December 2022 and it has performed well until November 2023 when the motherboard failed. The computer was still under warranty, yay, right? WRONG. Best Buy would not (could not?) honor the warranty as I didn’t buy the Geek Plan protection from them when I bought the computer. They told me My only option was to contact Ibuypower for warranty. So I did. They gave me 3 options, send the computer in to them (at my cost for shipping) and it would take 2+ weeks. Option 2 was to remove the motherboard and mail it into them, or option 3 was for me to put a deposit on a replacement motherboard, they would ship it and then I could replace it and ship it back to them. I would then get my deposit back once they verified the MB was bad. I went with option 3. I paid the deposit on 11/2/2023. Today is 11/23/2023 and they have yet to ship the replacement to me. I have emailed and called numerous times and get the round about, saying it is out of their control, it is in shippings hands, etc. they tel me they are doing everything they can and are pushing them to ship, but nothing happens. I will never, ever do business with this company again.

    So apparently some of the reviews about the power supply not being good enough was right. Warranty expired two weeks ago and his computer popped and won’t come on. From what I’m told it could be done with. So $1,100 for a years worth of computer. Don’t waste your money. My kid is heartbroken because I do not have the money to replace it

    I’ve never had any issues with making my game look good along with good performance. Along with visuals, I’ve never had any storage problems. One thing to note though, this computer doesn’t have a display port, so you can only get a max of 144 frames at 1080p
