It just was not as impressive – as I expected.
I am way more impressed with backup sensors not the camera
However my use of it was 2 days as I was high speed rear ended and my vehicle including the camera was totaled after 2 days !

The way Best Buy installed it was terrible.The lines went up like a ski. My friend who has installed cameras before was able to bend it pointed down so now the lines are down low on the ground like they should be. Works great now.

Picture is great and works well, but doesn’t do a great job of having the lines match up and show clearly where outside obstacles are in relation to where the car is. But I would get it again

Geek Squad installed the camera for me when I bought a new JVC. It took some messing around with the display settings to turn the lines on, but once I did, the performance was perfect. I find the lines helpful, not all will. I am very satisfied. I plan to buy another one to put on my Toyota Sienna so the display and performance is consistent on my cars.

The iBEAM – License Plate Back-Up Camera is wonderful! It was installed by the GEEK SQUAD at BestBuy in conjunction with my new stereo.
The iBEAM rear view image is crystal clear. I especially like the yellow marker lines to help with positioning. Great device and worth the investment.

I have an older vehicle that I wanted to modernize with a backup camera. While this product does work the new radio I also had installed, the guidelines are laggy and makes it a bit confusing when trying to park just using the screen. Still the camera shows a clear and bright image both during the day and night, just don’t rely to much on the guidelines as they won’t help as much.

Viper roadsters have no backup camera and with the top down the rear view mirror is useless. This unit was perfectly installed by the auto geeks and the problem is resolved

My picture quality is quite good. One thing that is a little annoying is the lines will sometimes be bent showing you need to turn when you are trying to back straight in, no way to turn off the lines or guides.
