Good quality. Only negative thing is kind of weird sometimes to know if it’s charging and I tried using other chargers but it won’t work because the green light doesn’t turn on. I can only use the chord that came with it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this headset after buying it on a whim. It is wireless, has a very reasonable price, good quality sound, and relatively comfortable. The mic is also nice because it can be muted isn’t Katy just putting it up.

We bought this for our teenage son and he was happy with it initially; however, we cant get it to connect rendering it useles. The worst part is we bought it as a Christmas gift and tossed the box away so not sure if I can even exchange it. The problem is we can hear other players when he plays, but they cant hear him. Watched several videos and still cant get it to work properly. Not sure if it was a refurbished item but its very frustrating.

I went to the store with $50 store credit and a 50% off coupon and asked them to order these for an Xbox for Christmas. When I recieved them- they had ordered the wrong ones, they were for PS. I took them back to the store and explained I just wanted to exchange for the Xbox ones. The cashier at the Best Buy in Flower mound told me it would cost an additional $50 since their prices change daily! I just wanted to exchange for a mistake that THEY made. I talked to the manager, who reiterated their policy of no exchange because prices change daily. Absolutely absurd! So not not did I NOT get the correct gift to the child for Christmas, but I was being told I had to pay $50 more. I returned it and they did not refund my $50 credit either! Worst customer service ever!
