I couldn’t be happier with this device. In some ways it exceeded my expectations after using the Vyper 2.0 at my gym. The foam is the perfect density. I tried the Wave Roller but it was too soft for me. Be advised, the Vyper 3 is powerful so you will be trading power for noise but it’s worth it for me.

Ahmazing! I didn’t know anything about Hyperion and admit I was biased abuse of theragun, but after trying the wave roller I was severely disappointed. It was waaaaaay too soft and didn’t do anything for me.big mistake on their part. I’m 5’0” 125 and even at my small frame and with all my weight on the wave roller, I still couldn’t fell a thing! But this thing right here is firm and has super strong vibrations. The wave roller doesn’t even come close. If you are a serious athlete, need a vigorous recovery, a strong firm roller and strong vibrations….this vyper 3.0 is the one for you.

Powered on 1 time, all lights stay green and nothing else happens. going to order a replacement.

Excellent for glutes, hamstrings, calves and OT Band. Somewhat uncomfortable because of its firmness on the back.

Ten minutes with the Vyper reduces my pain by one third. It’s like visiting a massage therapist on demand.
I bought this for my dad, brother, and myself, as we suffer from chronic back pain. We sit too much and don’t get enough exercise, but we also have spinal problems. The Vyper eliminates a great deal of our pain, increases blood flow, and makes us feel better.
The curve in this model makes an empty space for your neck, back, legs, forearms, and chest if you need to lie down on it. Works on every part of the body. That’s why I recommend it over the 2.0 model. It’s worth the extra money.
The only con I can think of is that its vibrations are so powerful that it will vibrate through your floors, and your apartment or house might shake. There are three settings, and even the lowest setting is a beast. It’s ultra powerful at higher settings. Depending on your situation, that might be a plus.

So great! Use it nightly on my lower back and IT band. Game changer for nightly stretch.

Love this tool. Much better than the less expensive brand I bought fro Amazon. This model has guided stretching with video and Bluetooth.

I was used the 2.0 and loved it. Made my back feel like brand new. I figure well 3.0 would be just as good. 3.0 is definitely better than a standard foam roller hands down. But if you can get the 2.0. The 3.0 is slightly wider, softer (for me with back problems i need something firmer as the 2.0 very firm.) and the motor on the 2.0 i feel is more powerful when i compared with my fitness teacher at college. I personally feel that its a great Lower Body foam roller due to the foam being very soft. And the 2.0 all upper body. I plan on buying the 2.0 in addition due to me being able to utilize both to MY benefit for my body. Hope the helps. Still good roller!

Love this roller, could be a little softer maybe more foam on the exterior, but even though it’s great for sore muscles and i use it every day. Very happy with this purchase.

Ecollins –
Not a better product in the market than this one. Extremely excited to use this foam roller everyday after working out at the gym because it loosens my toght muscles with its different settings!
Mike –
Really solid product. The vibrations are really strong (will make your floor fintate if you live in an apartment).

this is an excellent roller for aches and pains. Especially the bottom of the feet.. we have seen great results from it.
Also bought it at a great price from Best Buy. Service was great!!
Azeem –
One of the best fitness items I’ve ever bought. Hands down.
Corey –
Game changer. This makes foam rolling still painful but is done quicker

vibrations are really strong, it is good for muscle tension and recovery but its not very wide. I’d almost say the vibrations are a little to strong or maybe not rumbly enough for deep tissue but to sharp and uncomfortable. I opt to use the back roller I have that isn’t electrified in anyway. just a simple crack here n there for me, this was overkill.

This thing is the only one to go for an athletic person who needs deep and strong back vibro massage. My back is happy, my neighbors prob not 😉 the beast and my #1.
cmcm –
Well- it does work. It’s just the vibrations are so intense that it literally shakes the house. Because it shakes the house- i took it down to the basement where i dont’ use it- so I’m losing money on a very expensive piece of equipment. It is hard- not soft. But to be honest- yes it did help loosen my muscles. Muscles that were tight like ropes. If you are looking for general help- this might be a little intense.
AmyS –
This is amazing. It gets into the muscles at a level that you can’t get to with a normal roller. This has helped me so much with my hip and glute tightness. Love it! Highly recommend!!

I have lower and middle back pain nearly everyday. Been using hard foam rollers for years, and while they help, they are not in the same league as this roller. I have only had this product for a few weeks & seeing great results. Using it twice a day for about 3-5 minutes at a time on medium & high settings. It has improved my spinal stability, as well as improving my sleep. The price may seem steep to some but it’s much more cost effective than visiting a chiropractor. Very well built & battery life is good.
