Nirez –
Functional, but won’t allow you to play most movies through a projector “due to copyright”
MohjamalF –
Very convenient and fast. Will recommend to buy!
Very small yet packs a punch.

This item works great after I figured out how to get the software fully installed. I usually don’t have to restart the Mac, but the software to this hub was not working until after I restarted. Works great now!

This docking station has been great for being able to connect 2 monitors to my M1 MacBook air. The only complaint I have is my mouse lags when connected to the docking station.
Brandon –
Gets very hot within a short time of use. I bought an Apple version of this device and it worked perfectly.
Acqua10 –
This is a most handy accessory to a computer with not enough access ports. It travels well also.
DavidR –
This device has a lot of ports, but beware it does NOT add support for 2 additional independent displays. HDMI 1 supports 1 additional independent monitor, but HDMI 2 only mirrors the main display when running the InstantView app that screen scrapes the main display. I returned it thinking there was a problem with HDMI 2, but it is by design. I am keeping the replacement, but know what you are buying.

With so many different devices needing different ports, this hub is wonderful. It has USB, USB-c, HDMI, ethernet, and can even do SD cards. It has covered everything I need, especially now that I have a Surface, which has limited types of ports. However, it is pricey.
AndrewK –
I can’t play videos it only show subtitles nothing else
DeborahB –
Beautifully machined — provides all the ports I need, and more!
RachelJ –
Switching from windows to Mac I needed some adapters, this all in one system works great!
OmarR –
I have a 2019 MacBook Pro and 2 external monitors and had a hard time finding a USB-C hub that was able to split all 3 monitors separately. This one did it! Has a very solid build and does not feel flimsy. Very happy with it.
Lgarcia04 –
A little expensive but does the job. Use it to extend my mac to 2 monitors. And outputs really well
JeffB –
Works perfect as my home office docking station for my computer and two monitors.
Princessecheskech –
Great device. Wish it had more USB outlets. Works as it should.
Emma –
Good product. Able to hook up multiple screens. Easy set up.

If you are looking for a cheap and reliable way to get your apple Mac book to be able to have more then one external monitor then this is the product for you! Thanks to this item I have 3 screens to do school work off of plus many other features!
Jimmy –
Large number of connections for such a compact docking hub
Jappleaeed –
Actually disappointed as I thought it had more type C plugins
DanaW –
Easy to use, has all the options needed, and works like a charm.
inetaplate –
I had to return my first purchase because it was defected but the second worked just as expected ☺️ as a newbie to MacBooks, the setup was very easy to connect to two large monitors (which is the max) so I am able to view from all 3 screens (similar to my windows). I love it and would highly recommend!

Absolute must to increase the capacity for your laptop top
GustavoMS –
Not only convenient but affordable, in my case is used for travel so the weight and size were top facts to considered and now I have no doubt that I will buy it again (1000% recommended).
BarryK –
This UBCC hub has clearly transmitted information, and the resolution my design programs require.
DinapolesG –
Very good product. I wish it had power but otherwise it’s great.
RadBrad –
Would not load exe file to work with Mac as described. Returned to Best Buy but now the new Mac won’t logon
Will –
Awesome product. It works with any all electronic systems .
BarbaraR –
Many troubles. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Too much in cost to have this not be count-on-able 24/7. I do not recommend.
Henry –
This is a useful item. It works. It is handy. I travel a lot in my practice and take this item with me always. It is easy to pack and easy to use.
JamesB –
This meets all my extended port needs. Works great!
Josh –
It allows the M1 MacBook to have dual monitors. Gets hot and drains battery life so make sure it’s plugged in.
BenP –
Works as expected. For the people wondering if it will work on a Mac, yes it does. I have a Macbook Pro 2017 model and this displays on multiple screens with the software.
Edgedubz –
Amazing product taking advantage of all ports giving you all the options while only taking up 1 port
AshleyB –
Great docking station, multiple ports, doesn’t lag work great!!!
This was the 3rd one I bought, and I’m highly satisfied!! Skip the guessing and just get it!
MarielleC –
Absolutely the worst piece of JUNK I have ever owned. I have to plug, unplug, start restart at LEAST 20 times a week to get both my extended displays to work. Don’t waste your time
JimsonL –
Way overpriced and has less ports the cheaper version has way more ports in this one overheats way too quickly.

I wouldn’t buy this product again. I purchased the HyperDrive Dual 10 Port USB-C Hub last year, primarily for its dual 4k monitors with HDMI out function. I’m running a MacBook Pro. However, I’ve been disappointed with its performance. Despite the product’s promising specifications and sleek design, it has not lived up to expectations.
The dual HDMI out function, which was a major selling point for me, has been problematic. 6 months into owning the product and one of the outputs intermittently cuts out. One of my monitors would consistently disconnect, disrupting my workflow and causing considerable frustration. This issue persisted despite various troubleshooting attempts, indicating a potential flaw in the product’s design or manufacturing.
Additionally, the unit tends to get very hot during operation. I mean very hot to the touch. This not only raises concerns about its longevity and durability but also makes me worry about potential damage to my connected devices.
The HyperDrive Dual 10 Port USB-C Hub has not operated as advertised. The issues with the HDMI function and heating are significant drawbacks. I would urge potential buyers to consider these factors before making a purchase.
KimberlyB –
This is the only product that works to allow me to have dual monitors on my macbook air.

On my work laptop, I currently use Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish) and I bought this hub for the dual monitor support. There are preinstalled drivers but these pre-installed drivers did not work for my laptop.
On the company website there is this link to a linux driver: https://hypershop.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/10344404131988-Linux-Driver-Download
However, when I follow the instructions on the link I still run into errors.
I attempted to contact Hyper customer support twice over a 1-2 month period and never heard a response. From reading other customer comments on the Hyper website, it seems like there is a long pattern of ignoring customers (at least for the linux support).
Aside from the lack of dual monitor support, the other features seem to work as claimed. I’m leaving 2/5 stars because at this price the hub should “just work”.
SilasH –
everything i needed to use in one i love this product
TomC –
It works!
Thank You very much – I had been searching for a long time for a drive to make by two screens work.
EBINC –
Good, works great with Mac products the business has bought.
RobsonMDC –
It gets a little hot, I haven’t put more than one item in the hub, I’m waiting for a 27” screen to attach.
harystrikes –
This slick docking is fabulous with lot of ports option
MaryMcD –
All connection operated as expected. I have had no issues with it to date.
CarrieW –
This design is so much better than the other hyper-drive! Super easy to use and I didn’t have any install anything.
davexsolis –
Looking for a solution to run 2 4K Omen monitors on my 2017 MacBook Pro – this did not work. One monitor will run, the other gets no signal. Thought it would work as this one says MADE FOR MAC – but guess ill have to buy a more expensive dock
user227266 –
Works well on my MacBook Pro, allows me to connect 2 external monitors for total of 3 different screens. Pre-loaded driver was simple to set up.
