HoneyBadger –
I am glad I bought this. It comes in handy when I need it
FRED –
Prints good quality. Slower than advertised. Paper feed doesnt always work. OVERALL… too expensive for what you get
Norm –
Our recent purchase of the HP-Smart Tank Plus 651 printer has already proven itself in quality and ease of use. I wish we had bought it a lot sooner!
Joby –
I really love how long the ink lasts, but we do have issues keeping it connected to the wireless internet.
Lstander –
Took a couple attempts to connect. Copy works, print works, fax and scanner not working. Have to wait 16 days for home help!!

I wish I could return it. About 3 weeks after purchase I checked the Best Buy Return policy and it’s too late. I’m stuck with it. It prints better than I expected. My issues are with all the errors. I don’t know if it will print each time or what error I might get. I have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the printer cartridge. Yes, even though there are ink takes it still uses ink cartridges the just have ink reservoirs. I also get errors about phantom paper jams and false out of paper errors. Plus one other one I can’t think of right now. If I’m having this much trouble this soon I don’t expect anything to improve and will probably get worse. But then maybe I can return under warranty. I forgot, another thing I don’t like is I can’t print 2 sided! I can if I print all on one side and then re-feed the paper in. Yes, this is by design and what HP means by 2 sided printing. I regret buy HP, I should have went with Epson or Cannon, the only reason I didn’t was because Best Buy was sold out of the other brands.

Excellent printer and scanner. Better quality prints than a Laser jet.
DaughterAirpods –
Have only had it for about going on 3 months now and we have fell in love with it. The bubble tank idea is simply fantastic. I told my wife to print as much as she can just to put it to the test. It’s like the ink tank barely moves. We’ve used every feature it comes with and have not been disappointed yet. The only thing i was disappointed about is that the old models did “Scan to Email” but these only do “Scan to computer “. I miss that feature because then whatever documents i scan to my email are always at my disposal wherever i go. But overall, we love it.
Suzee –
Easy set up, makes great copies at a decent speed. Have not used scan yet.
hpecotank –
I did not keep this printer. I wanted one that had automatic 2-sided printing. Though the salesperson could not find wording to that effect, he assured me that it would. It did not. I originally wanted it because I have used HP products for a long time and I wanted the EcoTank capability.
DisheartenedMother –
I purchased this printer as a replacement for an all-in-one Epson printer. I got this printer home, plugged it in and printed a test sheet. The next time I went to print a document the printer didn’t work due to a variety of issues, including canceling the job and randomly giving me error codes about the ink tanks. HP support offered to send a new printer, but I am out the cost of the ink that I put into the tanks. Overall, I am clearly regretting this purchase and am disappointed in this product.
Printerthatworks –
Finally a printer that always connect to wireless devices. Easy to scan print, copy etc. I like the ink cartridges as well. Cheaper to replace and last long.
Notthebest –
This is a great printer, It looks expensive but when you come with the color you will save a lot of money.
Soundbar –
Wonderful printer but it does make a weird scratching noise when printing some times. Have to have them check it out.
Chris –
Good and adequate. Has some quirky wifi glitches. Overall a good buy.
HappyCustomer –
Great product. Very easy to use. Just installed and started printing.
Brain –
Easy to set up. Connected right to the Wi-Fi. Filling the ink tanks was clean and easy.
Alliegrif –
This printer is a little slow to print out pages, but other than that it works very well
RGInstallations –
Love been able to print without having to use wires to connect the printer.
Soupy –
Love my new printer. No problems in connecting it to my PC. Prints great color images. Wanted a printer that didn’t need a lot of expensive cartridges and received a great product with this pick.
Alinone –
I purchased my all in one & it was simple to install in minutes & the price was in my budget.
PK569 –
It’s been a quality replacement for our previous printer
Garner –
I really. like this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keyla –
Easy start up, affordable , my kids able to use for school
Granny –
So smart as we prepare changes in health insurance, banks changing names..argh! Print it.
Tax time will be evidenced donations. Easy, and Joe, my Tech
was right on you teach me how.
Phoenix –
Constantly having issues. And doesn’t have paper drawer, can’t duplex to print on both side of paper
Aaron –
Having the large ink capacity is the biggest advantage for me. Good quality copy, print and scan.
Homeowner –
Love my HP printer. Love the tanks of ink so.much better than the cartridges. Definitely not disappointed in my purchase. Prints clear and perfect papers.
Justin –
garbage printer that doesn’t last, like every other HP I have had in the past.
Sherri –
I wasn’t to keen on buying a hp printer, but I changed my mine when I saw what it can do.
MB2000 –
This printer is TERRIBLE.. honestly people should just stop buying HP product, they are made to last maybe 6 months, really they are made to last for as long as your 1 year warranty.
Kevin –
Amazing printer, we have saved so much money on ink… because we haven’t had to buy any more yet. The ink that comes with the printer will last a very very long time. I expect at least 1 full year before we have to replace.
Kathi –
The ink lasts forever! Great quality and wifi functions.
Kathleen –
Biggest hunk of junk I’ve ever dealt with! Only worked once then problems with print heads and automatic paper feeder and no one would help during covid of coarse, so warranty run out and to bad so sad is all HP had to say. SAVE YOUR $500.OO, this is the worst of the worst in printers. All you get is foreign people answering the phones that you cant even understand, and sorry, so sorry. HP does not have your back on anything EVER!
jergen77 –
Great printer, love the refillable ink. Could print a little faster.
iplasticpi –
worked OK for a year but now it won’t print in color without streaks. Cleaning print cartridges doesn’t help
Vickie –
I like my printer. I have had three printers and this is the best one I have ever purchased
KingP –
Good printer; sucks it does not have a LAN connector nor does it double-side print. What kind of printer does not do double side printing?!
disappointed –
Did not retain the ability to print good quality pictures. Now made totally out of plastic, quality not what I expected from HP. Very disappointed and looking to replace
Shadow –
Great printer but after almost two years it developed lines of inaccurate ink placement. Fix this and it’sa 5 stars!
LAGGING –
We love this printer! We are realtors and this has been a huge money saver for us since the ink lasts FOREVER and refills are very affordable and print quality is perfect!
SweetChocolate –
I love this printer, however I wish the color xl was sold in a bundle.
Courtney –
Setting it up is very complicated. It just keeps going around in circles and wastes a lot of time which could have been used better elsewhere. Then after you finally get it to work, the next time you try to use it, you have to start all over again because it doesn’t work again… Very frustrating. I use my old printer. If I could take it back I would.
Patricio –
A littlw slow but really efficient and economical, cheap ink
1soni –
I like this model better than the ones with subscription refills that charge by the month.
MrGrey –
It a few minutes to set up properly only because i previously used ink cartridges ,,pour to fill is extremely easier and definitely lasts much much longer. Great for home use
MarieL –
The printer worked fine in the beginning. Eventually, the print quality started to decline. I would get random print errors with no solutions on how to fix it. There would be errors with the printheads and I couldn’t find replacements anywhere. Not worth the money.
BarbaraH –
Had so many issues with this printer that I ended up returning it. Always printed with various spots empty. Also was shutting down so we had to physical turn it on before printing.
JoseH –
Best printer I’ve owned so far, suoer reliable and ink on printer just keeps on going!
