I have had HP printers. However, the latedts models seemed to be better as canoe anchors. This unit is amazing. Setup for all past units took forever. When i set this unit up, i was giving myself at least an hour. I was pleased with the extra 45 minutes I had.

setup was a bit difficult but finally got it. works well, prints reasonable speed. print quality is good but not as sharp as a regular photo printer colors aren’t as rich, but overall good printer for the money and ink really last which is the biggest asset. first smart tank owned but i’m happy with it. controls easy to use.

I must say that this printer, HP Smart Tank 7602, is by far the best printer I have owned in a long minute. I do a bit of printing for school, working on a masters, and I have been using Epson printers. I have gone through 3 printers in like 2 years. Lets hope this HP lasts longer! So far the ink is holding up well!

I do not like the touch screen at the top. I prefer the window on the 8720 that I had before.

I previously owned an Epson Ecotank printer and replaced it with this HP Smart Tank 7602 All-In-One. The setup was easy and I was up and operating in a few hours. The phone application, HP Smart, works well. I’ve used the printer for about a month and have had no problems with it.

I purchased an HP printer from Best Buy about a month and a half ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The printer has broken down three times, each for the same issue, indicating a serious problem with its durability and reliability.
Contacting HP for support has been a hassle. Instead of providing a new replacement printer, they require me to send the faulty one back first. This process is not only inconvenient but also time-consuming, leaving me without a printer for an extended period.
Dealing with Best Buy’s customer service has been equally frustrating. I’ve interacted with their chat agents on three separate occasions, but none were able to provide a clear solution. Their system seems to be going in circles, redirecting me back to the website without offering any real assistance.
Based on this experience, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the HP printer and the level of customer service provided by Best Buy. I expected much better from both companies. This experience has strongly influenced my decision to avoid purchasing HP products in the future and to reconsider shopping at Best Buy.

coming from a color laser that just doesnt have manufacturer support anymore, this printer is ok, it prints nice and the colors are nice.. i dont like that hp uses proprietary middleware for it, but it is what it is.. scanner works good too. i opened a support ticket with hp because i couldnt get some of the features to work (like firmware update) and im pretty sure the solution was to just give up.. but it all works fine, so no real (valid) complaints. i was gonna get another laser but dont use a printer much and bubblejets tend to dry out.. from what i’ve read these tank printers can sit for a long time and still work, so we’re giving it a shot..
