I needed a new laptop to carry when I travel. The one I had was about 10 years old and slow as molasses. I saw this 2 in 1, which is similar to the one I keep in my office and it had what I was looking for: compact size, 8gb memory, 256gb SSD with a memory card slot for more. And to top it off, it’s blue, my favorite color! I didn’t give it five stars because it is on the heavier side when compared to some comparable computers like my Samsung 2 in 1. However, it’s not so heavy that I wouldn’t put it in a non-rolling carry bag. It’s thin and fast for my needs.

Bought it on sale. Decent specs for what I paid. Good touchscreen, though you may want to use a pen to avoid smudging. Mousepad has an issue where it seems to get stuck randomly though, and the battery life isn’t great (definitely not 9 hours as the page says). It’s worked well for school so far.

The computer has barely enough ram to run the OS and maybe one other program at a time. Battery life does not last as advertised. Doing basic work you’ll get maybe 3 and a half hours tops.

I purchased a $600 HP Pavilion X360 Laptop on 10/06/23 to use for business. Exactly 3 months later 1-06-24 the laptop black screened and wont turn on. I went here the day it black screen and was told by the return guy i have to run through the hoops of getting in contact with HP in order for them to do a warranty replacement. On top of that this Guy was talking and accidentally spit on my face.
What a Garbage Corporate Company! Im so sick and tired of the crappy customer service.
