If you are looking for a mobile printer that is easy to use, this one is great. We supply all of our sales staff with them because they are easy to use and portable.
Shawn –
Love the mobility and was very easy to setup. Good price
TLMM –
I bought this for my husband to use. He loves it. It was easy to set up and use wireless. Also, for a small printer, it prints fast.

I was very surprised at the size of the HP OfficeJet200 Mobile printer upon opening the package. The set up was straight forward without any issues. Printing from a mobile phone, iPad, and MacBook Pro is flawless. Print quality and speed is quite good. I would’ve given this review 5-stars, but the packaging was very disappointing. There was no bubble wrap inside the box, so the printer was definitely moving around. Thankfully the printer was not damaged, just the box itself.
Jessie –
It’s really compact and works as expected. Quiet and fast enough for home users.
frankie21 –
good printer to be able to take with you, convenient to use
Tece –
It’s working great for the type of work I do. It’s a great product for someone running a small business
RL1018 –
This is a great printer either for home or business. Nice quality printing and only uses two ink cartridges. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend if you just want to print. The 250 is an all in one if you need other features…
ApolloMedia –
One of the absolute best mobile wireless office printers for Windows machines in the market.
ACFC –
Works perfectly. No issues, no problems, no complaints at all.
Brain –
Use this for work in my utility van works great connecting to my iPad to print off invoices for customers
DL306 –
Have not been able to use the printer yet. Need to find a computer tech to help with the set up
Mike –
I liked my first HP Officejet 200 mobile printer so much that I ordered a second one.
K33gs –
Nice and compact printer. I was quite surprised by the photo quality! My biggest complaint about it is the interface, setting up your WiFi connection is TERRIBLE. You have up, down and select options to go through the keyboard.
I got through it though and luckily I only have to do it once, and you could always go USB if you do move it around.
Theflash70 –
Can’t go wrong with this mobile printer. I never saw a printer before that had a rechargeable battery. This is great for on the go or as regular use
Tiredofpayinforextras –
It was supposed to have a wireless connection, and I was unable to connect this printer to my laptop, which was the reason I purchased a portable printer. I returned it because I was going to have to purchase a cord for the initial set up, which defeats the whole idea of “wireless”! I can’t give a review about the printers performance because I didn’t get a chance to use it.
Den123 –
It was way too expensive didn’t print well took too long, hard to connect to wifi
Sensei –
Great for printing on the go. It’s light weight and compact enough too carry in a backpack.
sfdivine –
nice and compact! good printing quality for the money and portability
Kidsstuff –
Very good compact printer.
I do wish It had a paper catch.
Angie –
Great printer. Easy to use and zero issues since I purchased it. Simple buttons
Thranduil –
Honestly at the beginning it was working perfectly was able to take it with me and print on my way to school when I would run late. Very useful, the only thing is that lately it’s started having issues. Sometimes it will not connect to several of my devices or to my wifi. I’ll trouble shoot with my isp but they say there’s nothing wrong going to give it a couple more months to see if it’ll work as before. Otherwise definitely recommend.
JakefromStateFaem –
These are excellent little printers. We buy them for our salesmen. For the most part they are easy to use and print very well.
mardeldelmar –
I have had two of these over about 20 years and was very happy with the quality of my photos and all prints. This is definitely a whole new thing. Great to have wifi printing and from anywhere I am I can send a message to print through my email. Cool. Set up was fine except for a weird setting that had to be changed to allow my computer to print wirelessly. Took up a lot of a day but when I finally gave up and called Hp they helped to fix it. It WAS a weird setting thing, not me. So far really happy except for the fact that it comes with ink that doesn’t last long-cheesy-and ink is already hard to find. B.buy ordered it for me and I had it the next day-gotta love that! Prints wireless for al my devices.
ALEXANDERTHEGOAT –
amazing product. i couldn’t possibly ask for a better printer.
thanks
Sixpaths –
Works awesome dpi quality is pretty good for something so tiny and being mobile, and being a copier tech haven’t had the pleasure of fixing it yet cuz it’s going hard still!
Unknown –
This was perfect for what I needed! I work on a base and signal can be spoty but you can also use a wired cord to print anything you need. I just ensured that i setted everything up at home first then use it as needed. Set up is simple just follow the directions and your set!
obegner –
great option for portable printer, a little heavier than i would like but prints great and easy setup
MetalMegadeth –
I do not recommend this printer cause it doesn’t allowed wifi connectivity
BrendaBrent –
I love it. It’s exactly what I needed when I’m on the go and have to wait fir an extended time. Now I can do something constructive. Best purchase in a long time.
Best –
I would recommend this printer to anyone easy to install and easy to switch wifi settings. This is an amazing product for a mini office to go. Bought a pack back and it fits perfectly paper, printer, mobile scanner and laptop. This is a very perfect size to go anywhere.
Unknown –
Great printer. I absolutely love the size. Wish the part where the printed pages come out had more of a tray—they get spit out. Maybe I’m doing something wrong
YoungManagement –
I am very happy with my product. The employees from our company love the product and we will definitely purchase it again.
inspector –
work fine a slight challenge setting it up but I got ti done
PLee –
A little heavy to carry through the airport but I love this printer and it’s pretty fast!
Doersaurus –
Havent bought yet wondering how it holds up to Phoenix Az heat in a truck.
Travelingprinter –
Needed something small, light weight and portable for the RV qhen traveling and this one fit the bill without costing a small fortune.
ATLLookoutTechSvcs –
Good printer, somewhat inconvenient to carry around and have not found much use with email printing available
Sweetchickie –
Well, if you are considering buying this printer, I recommend it ONLY if you get the extra Geek warranty. One year 10 months later with a call to HP support and “I’m sorry, the final solution is to buy a new printer because of the hardware failure”. Lol, the FINAL solution.
It was great while working. I’m still on the fence if I’ll get another or switch brands.
If anyone has the same issue, I was told this error code is related to the printer network not allowing it to connect either to wired or wireless internet and could not be fixed by me or any authorized retailer. Boo!
Chandra –
This item is really good and excellent Item . I lik
SunnyDat –
Love this little compact printer! It doesn’t take up much space, but prints reliably and wirelessly every time. I’ve had zero problems with it in the 2 years I’ve owned it.
LMRN –
Fantastic printer, if not for the overpriced HP ink cartridges…
Needed a compact printer for the house and this was probably the only one I could find. Turns out, not only is it compact, but it’s battery powered too! Mind you, you wont be getting a ton of prints out of this thing per charge, but it’s fantastic for those rare moments in today’s day and age when you need to quickly print something.
Don’t expect this to be a fantastic photo printer or anything like that, but it’s a great for anyone who wants a printer in the house and doesn’t want it taking up half your desk. As I mentioned, only downside is the overpriced HP ink cartridges for this printer (-1 star)… do yourself a favor and find a third party solution.
LindaG –
perfect for a travel assignment. makes packing and transport easy.
automatik –
Excellent portable size printer. Small enough to fit in a laptop bag, runs on battery and from a outlet. Wifi connection has been smooth so far. Quality of prints has been satisfactory especially for documents. Images are not as great as quality as from most non-portable printers I have used in the past.
JohnlE –
Great on the go printer for my pest control business.
TristenF –
Great product, works well if you work on the go- easy to setup & use
BroadwayDrummer –
I’ve had this printer for about a month now, using it for business. The quality is fantastic, the battery life is greater than expected, and no hiccups in connectivity (wired or wireless). And on top of all that, I can’t even complain about the price given all the features and performance!
Anonymous –
This is a great, reliable mobile printer! I’d recommend to anyone who needs a printer on the go.
Yolette –
So easy to configure. It’s very fast and I love the fact that I can carry it anywhere.
Wenn –
I have used this line of mobile printers for 30 years. The 200 is my second printer in that time frame. It’s predecesor was the 100 and they have survived all kinds of travel abuse (for work) and they just kept going. Light enough to back pack with my laptop. Easy setup and great print quality. It will always be my “go to”. I recently retired and had to turn the 200 back into my company. I just went and purchased the same one for my home use.
