    I purchased this printer and requested help from the Geek Squad. They helped install the printer. It printed one time,
    then refused to print anymore. I called the Geek Squad and they never answered my calls. I returned the printer to Best Buy.

    Look good, still haven’t used it tho…lol hooked up easy and simple to use . Comes with ink cartridges & simple to setup. Only the only thing it doesn’t come with at all is paper. Not even a few sheets to print out some test pages. That’s the only complain i would have, just add 5-10 sheets of paper to test print a few sheets

    Had an HP printer before and hated it – cartridges would dry out if not used often, then having to buy new $25 cartridges just to print one page. Was going to replace it with a Brother, but it was out of stock. Saw this one had decent reviews, so I thought, “Why not, surely they’ve improved.” No, no it has not. The setup is a pain without a screen, the cartridges still dry out, and resetting the wireless is a massive pain if you move. Do yourself a solid, and don’t buy an HP home printer.

    The printer prints! It definitely prints well and among a few others like speed, quality, and ease of use. Overall, I am very happy with this printer. It has definitely been put through the paces already and it works just as it did when I first bought it which was almost a year ago.

    Simple printer for those who dont need alot of printing. Great quality. Modern looks (if you like that sort of thing). Only caveat is the light. Its used to tell you whats happening w the printer, but it cant really he turned off. Luckily for us the printer is kept in a cabinet.

    Set up was easy enough. For the first week, however, with each print I made the printer also printed out the alignment test sheet. Could not figure out why this was happening but it did stop printing this page with every print job sent to the printer.

    The printer is great when it works. For some reason, one of our two computers keeps getting an offline message and cannot print to this device. It’s annoying and as a result, we have to keep our old Canon printer which is very reliable. Always works

    I like this printer. No issues. Buyer beware the E on the back of the 6055 means you have to have an internet account in order for this printer to even work. So you buy the printer and you have to pay monthly for printing privileges which I don’t think is right at all. I didn’t know this until months later and I couldn’t return it. The printer though is nice.

    So far no issues. Prints pretty well and quieter than my previous HP. Bought this for my daughter to print glossy Cricket stickers, but she hasn’t tested it yet. We’ll see.

    Good machine. Easy hook up. However, this printer has locked up twice. It had to be turned off and restarted to allow it to boot back up before it would start producing prints.
