    I’ve been using my HP83A for a few weeks now and it works great! Since it’s a genuine HP product, I’ve had no problems. It was easy to install and the quality of the copies is perfect. Price was actually a little cheaper than most other stores.

    Toner works well. After the “low toner” warning you can print several good quality pages . The only issue is HP price .

    I brought this lazier cartridge as a backup. Ink cartridges lasted only about 6 months no matter how many times I used my printer. I used my old lazier cartridge over a year and a half and still have 75 percent left. I couldn’t be happier.

    This is a great toner which prints 3,000 pages. As always it is Good quality product from HP. Purchase was ordered on line and toner was delivered promptly.

    There is not much to say. The cartridge works as expected, the replacement was straightforward, and as an added bonus, HP pays for shipping the old cartridge to their recycling facility via UPS. I didn’t even have to create or print out a shipping label. The label was in the cartridge box, and all that was needed was to put the old cartridge in HP’s cartridge box, put the whole into Best Buy’s box, slap on the UPS label, and hand the box to the UPS driver when he drove past our house: no need to go to the UPS store or to Best Buy to recycle the cartridge.

    These OEM are superior to off label items

    I would have given it a 5 star if the black would have had a darker color after printing but I think with a new Cartridge it should be blacker then it is, but instead it’s a light black not making great copies
    I would recommend this product because the printer is great just the ink isn’t this time around haven’t had this problem in the past

    My computer tells me the toner is low long before I need to change it. I run it until I see with my own eyes that nothing is being printed and then I change it. Even though I don’t have options when it comes to buying ink for my printer (this is the only cartridge my HP printer will take), I think the cartridge prints a lot of pages and lasts a long time for me.

    I always want to go with the OEM cartridge. I’ve had too many problems with third-party cartridges in the past. Best Buy had a better price than Amazon, and I didn’t need to worry about it sitting in the sun on a hot Arizona day.

    We recently went to the local Best Buy store to purchase a replacement toner cartridge for our HP printer. Your employee said the one we needed was not in stock, so we ordered the one he said we needed.
    A few days ago we attempted to load the new cartridge, but it was too big to fit.
    Yesterday we went back to your store. The customer service employee said we could not return the cartridge because the box had been opened.
    Fortunately, she called another employee who got things corrected.
