    Ink was the proper type for my printer, triple checked, and the cartridge was just bad out of the box, nothing i did would get it to work. Had to contact HP directly to replace it, which resulted in them needing to ship the new one to me, which defeats the purpose of getting one in person same day. Not best buys fault, HP needs to be better about the quality of product they ship to stores.
