    My L/XL hands would often become uncomfortable playing the Switch in handheld mode, I’d prefer waiting until I could be somewhere to set it up on a table or counter and use my pro controller. But since getting these, now I have played frequently for long periods and my hands feel fine! The back buttons are helpful and I LOVE the Turbo! When you need it, it comes in clutch. It’s also surprisingly light despite its appearance, and honestly I’m fine without vibrations, but that’s your call.

    Normal joy cons make my hands cramp up. These solve the problem and also give much more accuracy with the larger thumbsticks. Love them!

    Very ergonomic controller. Dpad and joysticks are awesome to use. If you have large hands like me this is a must have for extended play times. Joy cons would cause my hands to cramp up after an hour use. Only downside is there is no rumble but can live without it. May be a deal breaker for some but otherwise this controller is awesome!

    I am an adult gamer and these are much easier to hold onto than the joycons. My fingers do not feel cramped after playing for a long time.

    I have had these for 6 weeks and have had no problems.

    Does not include battery so you cant use them apart from the switch but for the proce you cant beat it. Very comfortable and hasnt had any stick drift so far.

    Although this dosent have some functions as the original joy sticks, its sturdy, reliable, and great for the purpose intended.

    I wanted a better way to play in handheld mode so I ended up buying this. It was probably one of the best decisions I could have made. The size of the buttons and the control sticks makes it easier to play, and I find it’s more comfortable to hold on to. If you want a good alternative to using joycons than this is the way to go.

    Bought this so I can use my OLED switch 8n handheld mode with more comfort. To me it really is comfortable to hold, buttons do not feel like sticky, haven’t experienced stick drift on it. The turbo function I do really like.

    This was given to me for my birthday, and at first Ioved them. I got these Dec 28th, 2023, and today is January 8th, 2024, and these have just started experiencing the same drift as the original joycons have, which I was hoping wasnt the case. These also can’t be used wirelessly, which is kinda annoying, they also can’t be used to turn the console on at all, they only work when the screen is lit. Overall disappointent, was hoping for wireless support as well, and no joycon drift. Buy something better if you want different switch controllers.

    These are bigger and way better than the original joycons! The buttons feel and press better and these are a bit thicker like standard controllers so my hand doesn’t cramp up. I do wish they were a bit thicker and less pointy at the end as I notice that part is a bit uncomfortable.

    I wish you could connect these together to make one large controller though. I have a non Nintendo set that does this and it’s great when you want to Hooke up to your tv.

    Easier to hold onto switch longer periods of time.
    No vibration or any special parts. Just switch out joycons and put in place.

    Light years better than joycons. Very comfortable and back paddles work great. Only downside is each paddle only sync’s with with a button on the same side of controller, and theres no rumble.

    Changed my entire Switch experience when handheld. My fingers used to get numb from the scrunched button/hand placement after playing for more than 15 minutes… the hori split pad totally resolves the issue, 1000x more comfortable. Only downside is that they aren’t powered/don’t feature rumble support.
