    Does the job but only for limited home use. Over heats if run continuously for a couple of minutes. So rest a few seconds between feeds.

    Catch bin could be bigger so it doesn’t have to be emptied so often.

    Only downside is you have to shove paper more forcefully than most other types

    Have only used it so far to shred brokerage statements. It did not jam but paper seemed to clog up after I shredded a few sheets. And after starting with two sheets at a time, only did one sheet at a time and still paper clogged up. Could be the quality of the paper.

    This shredder works well but the box is a little bit small. It has a handle which makes it easy to dump the paper. The notch in the back must be aligned or it won’t work.

    I have not used the shredder much to this point – beyond an initial test to be sure it worked. At this point, I can say it shreds, it is not going to handle many pages at a time, but seems solid doing what it’s doing. Fine for home use, especially if you keep up with your shredding – based on my limited experience. The 4/5 rating is simply for capacity to handle multiple pages.

    The shredder has worked great but the receptacle for the shredded paper is kind of small for my use. I empty it often. I’ve only had it for a month so can’t speak to longevity.

    This shredder does the job but is quite noisy. It also takes some effort to feed the paper into the shredder if the paper is thin, i.e., a receipt may need to be folded a number of times to feed into the machine. A thin piece of paper will jam up in the slot without passing thru the sensor that detects paper. Also, the machine stops running before it entirely clears the shredder blades often leaving shredded paper in the blades with no way to clear it.

    My previous shredder finally broke on me after years of shredding. I wasn’t sure about purchasing this brand and model. It’s been great so far… very fast and quiet. Love the design and quality of the product.

    Contacted LHLP within 1 week, replacement sent. Shall see whether I will be able to change the rate.

    Nice product for the price but a bit noisy. Tried shredding multiple papers or those advertisements letters which comes in mail. It does it with ease. Have tried credit cards and haven’t found issue with that. My use is not very often so it has been working fine for me. Not sure how it would be if anyone has to be using multiple times in a day everyday.

    we are very happy with this shredder so far. Often they give out on us after a year or so due to use – this one is going strong after a few months and is really easy to use

    The 8-sheet shredder works fine. Handles the capacity well. Be aware that you have to place the paper at least a 1/4 inches into the slot in order for to automatically feed in.

    Didn’t last at all – very disappointed with this product. It froze up and would no longer function after 30 days.

    I needed a shredder to shred my important paper that I didn’t need anymore with my information on them. So I went to Bestbuy and grab this shredder with not only shred papers but also shred credit cards too. Its easy to use and it cuts off when it gets over heated. Its great value and the quality is good also. You can shred up to 8 sheets at a time. It has a auto button, reverse and off button. It has all the danger signs on top of the shredder so you won’t get hurt.
