Purchase –
My Wife loves the new shredder the only downfall is they don’t offer a replacement plan for this unit. the one we had insignia brand had a replacement and went bad after 1 year so we exchanged it for this new one which was awesome and big savings, but this new unit does not offer any protection.

Constantly jams/over heats. Says it can do 60-sheets but definitely does not.

Easy to use. Efficient, convenient, have used it a lot recently without problems.

This shredder forces you to position the paper at a specific angle or else the feeder won’t let the paper through the shredder. It also does not take up to 60 pages. I ended up simply returning it because I couldn’t deal with the paper not going through the feeder. The only thing I did like is how small the paper was shredded, once it actually worked.

It’s a good machine. The only thing that is wrong with it. It gets hot too fast overall is nice.

My ex-wife’s shredder (formerly mine) was supposed to be able to handle paperclips and staples… but kept getting stuck. This one just keeps running in automatic mode and I have to turn it off so it won’t overheat and have to be reset.
Too much trouble to return it so I guess I’m stuck with it.
