    I purchased it for my office. It worked well with 3-4 sheets but not with 6 sheets. Sometime paper stuck in the blade and that time it stopped working. For me, it is good to have shredder

    It shreds paper as good as you would expect. I tried to shred labels from packages, but they did not shred. It is pretty small. The shredded gets hot after a while. I don’t think the product is worth the price. Considering returning the item.

    Smaller that the one I had before it. Of course it isn’t the same product. Overall it works well and I am pleased with it. It fits under my desk and even has a little basket for the shavings.

    I wasn’t expecting much (it was cheap) but I expected it to be able to shred at least ONE piece of paper at a time. It would mutilate the sides and pull it in crooked and never go all the way though. It was more like a glorified craft scissor than a paper shredder.

    Horrible…It says you can put in 6 pages and 6 pages get stuck…and not working…You can only safely put in 4 pieces.

    I hold it over my waste basket because the one included is small.

    It wasn’t sturdy and really bogged down with even four sheets of paper and it was supposed to be capable of shredding six sheets of paper at a time. It quit working the first day I got it. I even let it cool off as per user instructions. It was not a good purchase at all and I considered that Honey Well made good quality products.

    cheaply made and very small capacity compared to any shredder I have had in the past. Shredding requires extremely accurate feeding and appliance does not cut off easily when jammed. If your needs for shredding are more than occasional, I would recommend moving on to another product and manufacturer.

    Works great – not for commercial shredding, but works well at home. I do not agree with the 6 sheet capacity – it struggles with 5. If one does start a long shredding session, the unit does have built in thermal protection and will resume after an adequate cool-down period. As with all shredders, no stables or sticky paper – it will clog.

    Paper jammed during first day using. Troubleshooting advice was to reverse paper which only caused paper to lodge at center where the sensor is situated. With the sensor blocked the blades do not shred. We fully disassembled and tried to clean but after a couple hours of frustration decided to give up and just trash it.
    I believe residual adhesive from envelopes or certain documents caused the jam. It was not overfilled with too many sheets ever.
    The sensor is in the worst possible location of incoming paper, the center, because if jamming begins the paper is forced inwards directly towards it.
    We finished shredding by hand, which took several hours over the next few weeks.
    We do not live close to a Best Buy and UPS charges to pick up and return items.

    Shredder works well if you don’t feed more than three pages at a time. If you try to feed more then4 pages at a time the shredder OVERHEATS and stop working for about 30 minutes. This is more of a personal shredder, and I would NOT recommend it for office or commercial use.

    It worked for a few months and then stop working. Not sure, why didn’t put too many papers in at 1 time. It overheated and just stop working on auto.
