Works well to relax muscles. Heavier than what I prefer. Unlike the back massager (also HoMedics) this is not battery powered/rechargeable. Awkward to use: need extension cord to reach the nearest outlet. And must put arms thru to secure. Vigorous massage.

I was surprised by how powerful it is and it can be positioned on your neck, shoulders or lower back. It is a little hard to relax and let it work while holding it in place but it works really well!

I am slightly tall 5’3″ and my upper torso is more of wider build. So looping my arms into it feels uncomfortable and the massage from the posture felt like it trying to crush my spineneck. Though it might work better for others. Just not for me unfortunately.

AHHHHMAZING!!!! I have had a knot and tension in my neck for 2 weeks and this made me feel so much better… hurt like heck the first time I used it because I was so sore, but once I figured out to adjust the pressure using the arms it was perfect … after 2 uses the knots and tension were going away… I try to use it at least once a day to keep any issues away

Not sure if mine just had a defect, but it made an AWFUL high pitched motor noise the entire time it was running. And it being right next to your ears…nothing relaxing about that at all. It also felt like extremely hard pastic rolling on my neck. I have cheaper ones than this that work much better.

The heat function does not work on my massager. The unit seems to be designed for someone with a large neck. It does not fit me comfortably or give me the amount of pressure needed to release tension in my neck.
