This short throw projector is a great option for any type of room. The screen is extremely well build and put together. It does exactly what it’s intended to do as far as reducing ambient light bleed and reproducing a crisp and bright image, day or night. This is a perfect projector option for any finished room where running wires would not be easy.

Was looking for an upgrade for our living room tv and wanted to go BIG. This tv did not disappoint. The family was skeptical about a projector in our living room where half of the room is windows but it didn’t take long for everyone to see that light wasn’t going to be an issue. Everything about the tv is amazing. The size, the color, the picture quality, the audio and that’s just out of the box. It’s 4k and has a ton of technology bells and whistles. It’s quick to turn on and get to the main menu and the Android TV works just like our other tvs with Android. We connected an XBox X to it and gaming is incredible. With a screen this size you really feel like you’re “in” the game. The instructions say that you need two people to install but I was feeling ambitious and did it on my own. It took me 3 hours and most of that time was getting the screen together. It wasn’t difficult but there are quite a few screws and aligning the screen and getting the wall measurements set would have been easier with 2 people. If you don’t have a lot of patience or atleast some experience mounting a “regular” tv, I would recommend having a service install everything for you. Once it was up and running, we couldn’t stop laughing about the size difference. Going from 65″ to 100″ was pretty dramatic but exactly what I was looking for (I think we could have gone up to the 120″, personally). All in all, I’m very happy and impressed with this purchase and can’t wait to show friends and family how awesome it is!

I have been looking for something for my home theater for a while and decided to give Hisense a try after reading some online reviews. I was looking for a system that is easy to set up and that did not require a ceiling mount. This short throw projector just sits on my stand at the front of my theater, it looks like a piece of art.
I decided on the L9G Trichromal Laser TV because it uses three color lasers, red, green, and blue. This little device can actually project over 1+billion colors! It also projects at 3,000 lumens where the other models were slightly less. Turns out the 4K resolution on the ambient light rejecting screen is really breathtaking.
Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to my friends. The internal speakers deliver crisp, clear sound on its own, and it was easy to connect to my existing surround sound. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

First time projector owner! I’ve been looking for something for a long time and am very happy with this product. The ALR screen works wonders. I’m sitting in my living room watching TV with the light on and the picture quality is still amazing. I can see everything in 4k and I feel like I am at the theater (just no popcorn). The sound is amazing, I don’t think it could get any better. I am in heaven.

I haven’t finished assembling the screen yet, but the projector is working great! I’ve been eying one of these for a while now and decided on the L9G with the ALR screen. The design of the device is so nice, it fits my house very well.
Setup of the TV was so simple. It asked me to connect to the internet and that was that. I’ve never used Google TV before and I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised. Most of the apps I already use were already loaded, and I can easily download the ones I want. The sound in my bedroom is really great so far, and I’m hoping it gets better once I get it off the floor and into my living room. I should have an update later once the screen is assembled and up on the wall.

I was weary to get a projector TV because I thought they would be hard to set up and I wasn’t sure about the picture quality. After looking at some reviews online and doing some research, I decided to take the plunge and go with the Hisense L9G. These TVs have gotten better over the years and it shows.
The first thing I love is that it is a short-throw projector TV, which means I didn’t have to try some crazy mount and have it hanging in my family room. I placed the TV about a foot or so below my screen and it projects the picture up onto the screen. I have an ALR screen which really helps keep the picture quality vivid and crisp, especially for use during the day. Hisense thinks of everything because they programmed the TV to help get the picture in the frame correctly. You scan a code on your phone and then are able to adjust the picture so that it doesn’t go off frame. If I didn’t have the built in assistant it would have taken me much longer to get the picture right.
I’ve had this TV working for about 3 weeks now and doubt I will ever go back to a regular TV. The picture, sound, and ease of use is everything I could have wanted and more. I should have made the change sooner.

This technology is amazing! From the audio to the video quality, it has all been incredible. The setup was very straightforward, nothing too confusing at all. I am able to link my accounts to the apps on the TV (no netflix for now though, but I have a roku stick) which makes streaming all of my content a breeze.
Overall I am so happy with this purchase. The image quality is shockingly good, it even projected well onto my wall before I got my screen set up. The screen did take a bit longer to set up than I expected, but the instructions are super clear and they provide everything you need. If you have the money you could hire some one, but just plan on taking your time so you get it right. This is a great option for someone looking to upgrade.

Like the big screen…the only thing that I don’t like is that you are not able to move the receiver and there is a line outside of the screen on the wall that I do not like…other than that the image is clear and big and I don’t have any issues if there is light in the room. You still could see it nice and clear…it took me a couple of days to get used to the color.

The UST developed a white pixel in the middle of the projector screen within 6 months of owning it. I contacted Hisense to return it under the 2 year covered warrenty. After receiving the UST from FedEx, I unpacked it to set it up and noticed the AC input connector was misaligned. Poor quality control on the repair center. In my experience, I do not recommend this one.

Projector is great, little hard to get it focused and fit onto the screen but the picture is really good!

I bought it a month back. Geek squad techs could not figure out how to install it properly.
I think they had never installed a Hisense system before.
First time the screen was installed upside down.
I figured out on my own that it was installed upside down.
Once the screen was fixed, the picture quality was good on the ALR screen, but the picture projection did not fit the 100″ screen completely. There was about 3 – 4 inches at the bottom where there was a black line. Also, there was some bleeding of the light on the edges.
Best buy techs tried everything but could not get the projection to fill the entire screen completely. The automatic geometric correction was also failing. So returned the complete system back as the return date to return everything was coming up. It takes couple of weeks every time to get an appointment for the BestBuy techs to come in.
I’m not sure if the projector was faulty or it was not installed properly.
I really wanted this to work. Well back to the drawing board. I think will just get a TV now.

This product is very high quality, and I am very pleased with it!

Great picture. Ambient light beyond screen on all four sides is terrible. Even the replacement unit has the same defect. Talked to Hisense engineer who said technology is so new.

Its very fantastic i really like all the product about it including the gift card

I was hesitant at first, but this thing RULES!!!! It pretty much is on par with a television. I forget many times I’m looking at a projector!!! Colors are great. Everything is great. Set up can be a tad tricky but there are YouTube videos that can help. And yes, the performance is great even with lights on. The ALR screen really does it’s job!
