    This mixer is awesome, comes with professional attachments and very powerful. I have made cakes, cookies, bread and dips with this and no issues at all. Mixing bowl is plenty big too.

    it does what you need it to do as far as kneading the dough for making dinner rolls. easy to clean. i like the tilt of the mixer from the bowl & how it locks in place. only thing i do not like is at faster speed, ot shakes a lot so you need to support it a bit although the bottom has suction cups

    I like this mixer for its size, features and practicality. Good for small batch mixing, small and easy to assemble and clean, good quality materials and easy to use. Only caveat is that it’s a bit noisy, not terrible but it could be better.

    The 7 speeds and the 3 attachments make it perfect for whatever your mixing. Wether its dough or beating egg whites. Its good for every thing! Only down side is the sound. The higher the speed the louder the sound. Other than that perfect and easy to use for anyone

    For me it seem every time pour the flour/cake mix in slowly it still dust up and gets everywhere. That’s my only issue and shakes and rattle to much when mixing baked goods

    Thought about getting the more expensive one but settled for this and I am not disappointed. Works great and it is just what I needed.
    It’s small but I’m no master baker so it’s just fine. Also like the tilt head stand and the multiple speeds and different attachments.

    I bought this stand up mixer because I’m learning to make cookies and cakes for my family. However, we are only 4 people and most of my recepies called for 4-5 eggs only. This specific mixer does not mix well with so few eggs. I didn’t read the manual before I used it, where it explains that if using less than 5 eggs to stick with a hand mixer instead. If you have a small family or making recepies that call for 5 eggs or less, than this mixer IS NOT for you.

    The Hamilton Beach 7 speed tilt mixer is exactly what we needed. It is solidly built. Easy to use and and excellent value for the money paid. The suction feet keep it in place when in use. It is easy to clean and store. It is as good as the higher priced mixers. If you are not a pro, and you don’t need a daily heavy duty mixer, this is for you.

    I bought this to make cookie from scratch. Maybe it’s me, but I am finding the mixing paddle doesn’t reach the sides and bottom completely, so am still having to use my hand mixer for some of the process. It’s somewhat helpful, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
