    Love the combination of black and stainless finish; coordinates well with the rest of my kitchen.
    A second feature I love is “defrost.” Since I do not use an abundance of bread, I like to keep my bread in the freezer and take pieces out of loaf as needed. The defrost feature allows me to take from freezer to toaster to prepare as needed.

    This toaster is extremely lightweight. It roasts toast perfectly. I would have rated this toaster as a 5 but the bagel button is not consistent with browning the bagel but if you use the bagel with the toaster setting it toasts it just fine. Love this toaster!

    This toaster is really nice. I searched for a while to find something that matched the rest of my appliances. The stainless steel doesn’t smudge easily which is important. The settings work well and it does a great job toasting bread. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

    bought a black ended toaster with very thin cheap aluminum sides to repkace an old heavy well made proctor silex toaster. the price was okay on this but whe english muffins pop up,they do not rise above the slot tops of said toaster so I have to insert an implement and pull them out. very annoying. where the hell was this thing mfrd,Mexico or china?

    Great toaster. Purchased to replace 10 yr old toaster. Looked everywhere to find a small size replacement. BB had Hamilton Beach at a Great Price! The toaster is simple without digital lights but it is fast! Easy to clean crumb tray and cool to warm outside. So far it is set on 1 and makes perfect no burnt english muffins.

    Toaster is okay. You have to increase temperature, on toast, to get even browning, but other wise alright. It just seems to heat outside of bread and bagel, but that’s alright.

    Toaster looks cheap and not built very sturdy. Takes a long time to heat up. It does defrost and toasts bagels as I hoped. Wished I have upgraded to a more expensive one.

    This was my third toaster purchase. I finally found one that toasts evenly. The unit is lightweight, but it does the job. Not sure what the bagel button offers. I toast bagels either way and they toast evenly.

    The only minor issue is that the cord begins from the front of the toaster.
