    Would NOT download to either of our NEW computers, both purchased from BestBuy in Oct 2020. Both with all current updates. Get IMMEDIATE error of “An error occurred while processing your request.

    Been on phone and online chats for 2+ hours trying to get a refund.

    Do not order this software I did not receive any digital software what ever they sent me throw my email did not work at all DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE FROM BESTBUY still trying to get my money back

    DO NOT buy this digital item from Best Buy. They do not have a software link from the manufacture that works. It has taken several hours and several departments to fix the issue. It is still not resolved. I should have listened to the reviews and not been eager to use my reward certificate on this. If this has been a problem for others, why has it not been fixed already? Extremely disappointed in Best Buy. Buy this somewhere else.

    Not as easy to use as the first Hallmark Card program couple of years ago and clipart not as good, can’t take back because of being digital.

    Absolutely hated nothing like print shop. If you want to make your own card on it, you have to delete so many things in order to get a blank space to work. I would not recommend it if you want to use your own photos in your own words.

    It was confusing doing the download. I wish I had purchased the actual item to load myself. Once downloaded it wasnt as easy to figure out the calendar and such as my previous card program was.

    Works just like it’s supposed to. There are a lot of options for cards and different projects.

    So far the product itself has been pretty good. I used it to make my Christmas Card for this year.
    However, as far as the actual purchase downloading was a bit confusing it was not as direct as the initial set of directions would have one believe. I got one set of directions that led somewhere else to another email to me and additional link before I could actually get the product. It was as if you get redirected for additional advertising purposes. I was very confused and frustrated for a while.

    I first starting using this hardware over 20 years ago and I needed to purchase it again for my new computer. Wow, what an improvement on the graphics. The Event Planner has always been my favorite. I keep all my appointments, family birthdays, and important events in this calendar. The Reminder Function has helped me keep tract for many years. I’m so glad I purchased it again.
