Returning toaster. I received it scratched up. Tired of receiving items from BestBuy that are dinged up. I will be choosing other retailers with better quality control.

The color and style goes with almost any decor. I used about 15 times. Start out on setting 2 or 3 for medium brown toast. The lever raises toast up a good height to remove with your fingers. Toast browns on each side differently, This is good for a bagel not so much for toast. Easy to clean up crumbs and wide open interior keeps it cleaner. I paid about 44.00, would repurchase again for a little less money. Mine arrived in a new box and new wrapping as if from factory, however it has cosmetic damage. Bad quality control

Toasting is inconsistent. Sometimes it does both sides and other times only one side of bread gets toasted. Need to set the dial to lowest temperature otherwise the toast gets burned.
