The refurbished phone seems alright, but the charger that came with it is not the Google charger. I wouldn’t mind, if the charger was an 18W charger which is needed for the rapid charge. Instead it is a 15W which doesn’t support rapid charging. And they didn’t include the adapter. I know it’s used, but it still needs to be complete. I called to ask for a new charger, but they said they couldn’t do anything for me. They said I could take it into a store and maybe the store could do something.

I was a bit surprised that a Geek Squad refurbished phone would be delivered in a cardboard box with essentially no protection. I’m glad I picked it up at a store and opened it before paying as the included charger was a low wattage Motorola model. The customer service rep. did make it right by taking a Samsung charger with a bit more guts off of the shelf. Overall, the phone works fine and is quite impressive, but if I would do it over, the $100 savings for what I got fell a bit short, and I would pay the extra for a brand new one.
