This monitor is 144hz not 165hz. I specifically got this to have 1440p hd in 165 frames per second but it is only a 144hz monitor. Kinda bummed.

It’s a fantastic monitor for $230 – a steal. Great picture with colors that pop, HDR, perfect curve, stellar ergonomics, and solidly built. The joystick and app can both be used to set OSD – a bonus.
Ignore the review that says it’s not 27″ – he is measuring horizontally and not diagonally in his image.

Really solid monitor. My graphics card is a 3070 from GIGABYTE and it definitely meshes really well! Also like the eye relief with minimal blue light so it definitely makes things a lot easier to see and be more clear. 🙂 Would consider getting another one since I dual monitor as I wouldn’t mind having this monitor as a second one.

I thought this was a great deal for a monitor because it ticked all the boxes of things I wanted in a monitor to add to my setup for a great price. Unfortunately, this display has pretty bad ghosting/motion blur when dark objects are moving on top of a dark background. In my case, my desktop background is dark, and it would look awful when dragging any dark-themed app across the screen. It’s a shame because it’s otherwise a good monitor, but once you see it, you can’t unsee it. I tried different settings and swapped with known good DisplayPort cables and it persisted. If it’s your only monitor or you have a bright background, you might have no problem with it, but I returned it to the store.

The panel was really good out of tbe box and the curve is just right. The only reason i rate this 4 stars is because this is good enough for the casual user. As for the enthusiast, there was more to be desired. Minor ghosting and smear was apparent on every setting when testing witb the ufotest.

Monitor is 27″ curved screed with refresh rate of 165hz at 1440p QHD resolution for this price range is great. I got this to try a curved screen to see what it’s like. I don’t recomend the monitor if you are looking for a curved screed go bigger. Great price for everything else. If you plan on using a different mouning system other than the stand it comes with it might not fit in the back where it attaches I had to force it on to my duel monitor stand. Other than that it’s a great deal for the price.

Use this monitor with msi vector gp66 laptop. No issues on setup, picture is great. Only issue i had was setting up the osd sidekick. Kept saying to connect usb cable which was connected. Swapped to a new cable and no issues do must have been a cable issue. Recommend

Great color and detail. It does work with GSync but not great. The 165hz is smooth and even smoother because of the 1ms response time. The curve is just right and the material used is sturdy and tough.

Bought two of these to use side by side around 6 months ago and still love them. The color accuracy is great for image editing, the size and resolution is nice for anything you’re doing, fast response time for gaming, streaming live tv or watching hd movies the picture is excellent and they have built in speakers which is a nice addition. You literally won’t a better monitor thats this well rounded to fit any need especially for this price.

I accidentally damaged the display screen. I have the Total Tech Membership and didn’t expect a free replacement screen; I expected to pay for the repair like I do my phone or computer. This Gigabyte monitor is not covered AT ALL, I was told. So, I’m 3 months into a pretty pricy monitor that I have to recycle.

We have to have four windows open to stream a church service. When the old monitor went kaput, we got this one. The high resolution lets us get all of the information on the screen at once. Very efficient use of space.. Very clear.

Been running this monitor for probably two or 3 years now, can’t remember. Great monitor. only problem is that my GPU can’t keep up with the games that come out and run at 1440p.
Seriously though, the only issue is ghosting whenever you have a very bright and near-white color is moving through a darker background. I believe this is a problem with all VA panels, but i could be wrong. Would 100% recommend around $300 if you want a curved 1440p monitor with good refresh rate that isn’t an IPS or OLED panel.

My son prefers the dark blacks of a VA display to the IPS grays. His Asus monitor failed and we replaced it with this. Very crisp and excellent colors on this monitor. Gameplay is very smooth and black smearing is very minimal for a VA display. I can recommend this monitor as one of the best in this range.

Been using this monitor for over a year now, never had any issues in either framerate or quality, never crashed, anything. I would expect performance like this from a $500 monitor, and it’s only $350 (when I bought it). Do keep in mind though this is my 1st monitor and I haven’t played on anything like 240hz 4k quality monitors, but I have a 3070 and 64 gbs of ram and I would easily recommend this to anyone who needed a monitor in this price range.
