    I have had my new GE Profile microwave/ convection oven about one month. So far it is working great. It matches the built in stove that has been in use since 2009. I am happy with it !

    This is our third Advantium oven. Obviously we like them, makes cooking so much quicker and easier. Makes day old pizza nice and crisp. Original Evan arrive dented and Best Buy quickly replaced it with another one.

    I have had this oven for nearly a month and so far it has met all my expectations as a microwave. I have not had an opportunity to explore the capabilities of this oven using the convection and broiler settings.

    Received 2 weeks ago.. clean lines, replaces a lesser GE countertop that had been installed as a built in with the framing that blew up on Jan. 2nd. Matches the GE oven underneath.

    Quite a few features on this and will take time to really know their worth. Have used the convection oven already and really like it over my standard GE oven that takes forever to heat up.

    Lots to dissect as the many aspects of “Advantium” cooking seem overwhelming and not sure I’d prefer using it over other cooking techniques. Swapping out the bottom carousel glass/metal depending on cooking type will end up being more of a hassle I think than it’s worth.

    Definitely would prefer the oven door to swing out, than down. Makes things harder to reach especially when using the included wire stand/rack, and very difficult to clean the back wall inside.

    And for goodness sake, not having the clock stay on is ludicrous. It looks like it’s broken or something with no display lit. I don’t care what California crazy energy ordinance forces this upon GE… but you do realize using the convection micowave for an hour probably uses up more energy than the clock would for 10 years…. Geeze! At least my GE oven display underneath has a clock.. hope they don’t make me send it in for service to disable it. 😉

    I am so happy with my Advantium oven. It’s impressive; however, there is a learning curve to it. It does so much; I have to learn more about it every day. Very impressed with the way it looks, the way it’s built, and the way it cooks. It’s a microwave, and a regular oven on steroids.

    Not many changes from previous 2008 model. Dimensions of previous model were the exact same so fit in wall perfect which was a plus. If not used to controls, will take a little time to get accustomed to them. Looks great but wish came in fingerprint resistance surface. Only gripes so far are can not have the clock to show all the time like older model and buttons are not as responsive as I would have liked.

    Too new to know all the features of the oven but very satisfied with the customer care offered by the store manager- very courteous and prompt. She goes beyond the call of her duty.
    The installers (a third party) were not as courteous and seemed as if they were in a hurry.

    Love the Advantium microwave/speedcook oven so far. No pre-heating to wait on, and much faster cook time. Loving it for a fast meal after a long day at work. Only problem we had was getting it delivered and installed when promised. Best Buy needs to work on their scheduling and customer service.
