    We had been looking for this particular model for months. Bought it on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday.
    This range is amazing. Cooking a roast using the probe is foolproof. The air fryer is great and the burners and ovens heat up super fast.
    While it wasn’t cheap we are glad to have finally find one.

    Feature packed range/oven. We love using “Hey Google” to preheat. Also pre-heating via the app comes in handy quite often. You can pre-heat while driving home and come home to a ready-to-go oven.

    I’m sure all these features are available in a cheaper oven… but the wife loved the aesthetics on this one. It is a very good looking appliance.

    The top oven is much smaller then I had thought and it difficult to pull out the food. Then the lower hard to put food in and out. I did not realize after 15 days there was no return.. At the 30 day mark i was ready to return this thing.
    I would not recommend buying without seeing in person.

    Absolutely love this range. The ovens heat up quickly and the probe helps cook meat to perfection. The in-oven air fryer is so convenient and makes air frying so easy. Nice modern look.

    This is the best range I’ve owned. Heats up quick and easy to clean. Like the double oven. And my husband like to use it too. A plus!

    The controls are incredibly touchy. It took some time to get used to but isn’t much of a problem now. The one thing I really dislike is that the air fryer function is only in the bottom oven. The bottom oven is very low to the ground based on the design. Overall the function is good and its a very beautiful update to our kitchen. It says finger print resistant but I haven’t noticed any improvements in that from our previous oven. The fingerprints are still very much there.

    We replaced our older version of this and are very happy with it. It is compact but very functional with a double oven. The top is smaller and gets the most use for everyday cooking. The bottom is good for those occasion where additional capacity is needed. Lots of utility for a smaller or any kitchen.

    What I LOVE about this model oven:
    1. Double oven and the top one is most often used.
    2. The optional roller rack.
    3. The updated electronics on the cooktop.
    4. Cooktop burners ALL heat quickly and efficiently.
    5. The sync feature for the left burners–makes using a griddle possible.
    6. Self-clean in both.
    7. Lower convection.
    8. Air Fry setting which takes advantage of the convection.
    9. Control LOCK feature: USE IT.
    10. Easy to keep clean and shiny.

    Cooks great. Learning how to use the air frying feature. Also like the remote start feature, But keeping the glass top surface clean is way more than I bargained for… we go thru a roll of paper towels every week. Just saying.

    Great oven. Lower oven large enough to cook a turkey. Many burner sizes and warming area is a plus. Both burner and ovens heat up very quickly.

    Love the stove functions, but hasn’t worked on display since the update. Contacted many but nothing resolved. Function does not work by the printed function like air fry. works on another setting. Now clock doesn’t display. Too bad, GE Profile used to be a great product.

    Good function and features. Subtracted one star due to the fact that you have to register and use the app to unlock some of the cooking modes, including air fryer. What happens if/when they stop supporting the app? Why do I have to compromise my privacy with location services require just to access basic oven functions?

    Range is nice but the rack in the top oven will not go into the lower rack position so the oven is unusable other than airfry. To get rack in lower position for baking, it takes a heavy weight person to shove the rack in and then can’t be pulled out.

    The range itself was fine except for the dents on the left side of the unit after the so called installers unpacked if . No manual telling you how to use the unit which I understand is normal now ?

    The oven would be perfect if you could actually put in and remove the oven shelf from the top oven bank. GE made the space too small and I have seen tons of this exact same complaint. The delivery guys forced the shelf into the space and now we can’t remove it and it’s baked in. We are so excited for our replacement oven to finally show up.

    Build quality could be better for this price range. I had a small metail piece a bit mis aligned making it a tough fit in s tight space. Burner strength is good bht only one large burner the rest is small and one medium size o you cannot use two large skillets or pots at the same time. Buggest flaw is how much the glass top scratches. Like super easy. Youll scratch it on day one. Also at this proce ramge an induction cooktop shpuld come standard. For the proce the other GE products are better but this one was quicker ship. Forgot to mention that unlike its competitors the ovens here are cery usuful and that is why id recommend it. You can actually roast a turkey ans bake a cake at the same time.

    We have had nothing but trouble with this stove. One month after the warranty expired the front control panel needed to be replaced ($450), and now the appliance technician is saying that both the computer boards ($250) will also need to be replaced. I called GE, and they said it doesn’t matter whether it is one month out of warranty. I would have to pay one of their technicians over $100 just to diagnose the issue. We have not been able to use the stovetop for six weeks as the parts are on back order (which would indicate to me that there are many problems) – Simply not worth the premium price tag. Clearly, this stove is a lemon but just good enough to keep it together for a little over a month. I am retired and don’t have the money to fix a $3k stove continually.

    Love the dual oven set up. It takes less time to preheat when using the top set. Bottom set is still very large and we’ve cooked whole turkeys and sides in it!
    Love the wifi able. Too many times we have went and bought frozen pizzas to use our phones to start pre-heating the oven so its ready to go when we are home.

    Door is very clunky and the oven racks don’t glide easily…very disappointing for a more “high end” appliance. Also, while it is nice to have a double oven, the larger oven is so close to the floor. Imagine having to lift a turkey out of the oven while squatting. Convection works well in the main oven.

    Have only had it a few months, but so far I like the features I’ve used, especially the multiple sizes for pots on the stove. I also like the small top oven considering the hot summer we are having— don’t have to heat a large oven. Only criticism is that the dials and cooktop are very high maintenance—fingerprints show constantly, and constant marks from pots needs to be cleaned more heavily than with my former glass top stove. On the positive side love how quickly the stove and oven heat up.

    It looks really good, but so far my wife is just luke warm on it. She wanted the true separate double ovens and that is why she chose this product. Minuses have been the timer is really quiet, the “air fryer” is a gimmick that doesn’t work, and the lower oven takes longer to cook than recipes call for. Also this oven is about 1 1/4″ deeper than most ovens if you are remodeling you can plan for this if not it will most likely stick out further than your current oven. I knew this and held my cabinets an 1 1/4″ away from the wall. (see pics)

    Great ovens and cooktop. My only complaint is that crumbs are hard to clean since there is no edge to push them to. The front control panel blocks you from wiping the crumbs towards you.

    Makes a ton of noise when first using. Difficult to keep clean. Can’t touch front without Turing something on. Does heat fast and cook well. Can’t use air fry function without WiFi??? I don’t want it connected but can’t figure out how to anyway!
