Easy to instal, use and clean! We purchase it just about three weeks ago, but so far so good, my wife likes it, and so am I. There are no perfect cooktops or anything else, there always are some things you like or dont. I’m just tring to be reasonable when giving stars. When putting together all pros and cons, like price,

Worked with Will in the Germantown store who is extremely knowledgeable. However be prepared to be on your own after the sale. It’s virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone at the store when you have an issue. It’s unfortunate but this will be my last purchase from best buy.

Installation is uncomplicated. This unit replaced a 12-year-old GE Profile Cooktop. It dropped into the same space without modification and required no additional plumbing. Performance is much improved, with two high-powered burners. I would have awarded a fifth star, but the grates are cumbersome and prone to scratch the surface if not removed and replaced with the utmost care.

Great cooktop except for one part, there is a vent in the front under the grates and burners. It’s not a big deal but occasionally water boil over can splash into it. Otherwise it’s a great cooktop. Cleans easy, grates can go in dishwasher, and the super burner can get a huge pot of water boiling in less than 10 minutes.

Firstly, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
The burner temperatures are accurately marked. Each burner is a different size depending on the size pot/pan you are using.
When a burner is in use, there is a cool light illuminated under the dial.
Child safety lock for the gas.
And easy to clean!
