    This is the second unit I’ve had, the first was returned immediately because it wasn’t cooling food. Second unit was fine for the first 3-4 weeks and now it will not let me adjust the power level. I receive a message saying “power level cannot be adjusted at this time”. For the price of this product I would not expect multiple issues with multiple units.. I’ve loved my other GE products but this was a very disappointing experience….

    The GE Microwave has been very good so far. The microwave is very easy to use, and pretty much self explaining. We haven’t tried the convection part of it yet, but are planning to do so soon. One thing that should be thought of is if it is going to be mounted under a cabinet that it will need to have the filters that are above the microwave will need to be replaced about every year, and that will require extra work to get to them. Best Buy and their delivery group were awesome, and got the product to us fairly quickly despite the issues of supply and demand in this current economic climate.

    I was very disappointed in this convection microwave. We have owed it for only a 14 months and the convection portion quit working. This was the second one we purchased and both quit working shortly after the warranty ran out.

    This over-the-range convection microwave has been an excellent addition to my kitchen. The microwave works well. I am very pleased with the convection baking functions. The baking oven preheats a lot faster than my full-size oven, and has done an excellent job with the pizzas, pot pies and other foodstuffs I have cooked. The rapid preheating reduces my cooking time for small items that don’t need the full-size oven. This was an excellent purchase for me. At the time, Best Buy had the item in-stock, when other retailers could not promise delivery for 2 months or more. Delivery and installation were on-time, as promised during purchase. Thank you.

    Our old over range microwave died, and when we had someone come look to repair it, they said it would cost the same if not more to repair. So we started looking for a new one, and really fell in love with this. It matched our stove aesthetically and is easy to use. Only thing I’ve noticed is the buttons were super sensitive at first and the more we’ve used it, the harder we have to press on the buttons. Not a big deal now, but might be down the road.

    So far, it’s been a nice microwave. My only ding is that it is a little less powerful than our last one. This has 900 watts and our previous one had 1100. So things take a bit longer to heat.

    A very nice well built Convection Microwave. The problem was that it took three months for a third party installer from Total Tech Support to show up. Even then the third party installer did a terrible installation that took me three hours to correct.

    I’ve had this microwave for a little over a year and I have zero regrets. The convection feature of this microwave is really what sold it for me. It roasts veggies and chicken perfectly. I’ll never buy a regular microwave again!

    Because this microwave has a dial to set the time and does not have a touch pad to set the cook time, you can only set the cook time in increments of 15 seconds. I wish I had realized that before I purchased it. Also, the sounds on the microwave started not working consistently after I had had it about 9 months. I called GE for service, and their solution was to unplug the microwave to reset it. That did not work. The person I spoke to did not think the problem was worthy of sending a repairman.

    This oven broke just a few months after the one year warranty expired. This is an expensive item and should not last just one year and five months. Since it is beyond the one year mark, I called the GE repair person who fixed it three times and won’t fix it again. This is a bad oven and a waste of money

    This is getting returned. The side panel looked like it had bubbles on it, impossible to clean the inside, and the power level was not working.

    Microwave is nice. However, there are no replacement charcoal filters available. Would not recommend spending this kind of money for a product that does not have replacement parts available.

    Initially I didn’t like this but once I got used to the settings e.g. oven temperature settings and microwave power settings now I like it very much. Although honestly it’s not much faster than my regular oven but overall I am very pleased. I think point I wouldn’t recommend it because I haven’t owned it long enough. There were some bad reviews so I made sure I bought the five year geek squad protection which has always worked out very well for me on other appliances

    Very disappointed in GE microwaves lately. Bought this unit has a replacement to one that lasted 3 days. And then this unit broke down several times in the first year and required service. After a year and a half I threw it away and bought an LG
