    Makes my apartment cold in less than an hour! And the app allows me to control the temperature from my phone from wherever so I come home to a nice cold house every time. Definitely recommend to anybody that wants a cold space

    Blows super cold and is pretty quiet, only issue we have is inbtween the filter and grate there is an opening that seems to suck in dust and clog the coils, not sure if its meant to be like that or we lost a piece along the way. But other than that super happy and cool in this louisiana heat!

    Switched out this with an old 10,000 BTU unit and was hoping for more of an upgrade. Kept things a little running a little less often but overall a disappointment and I returned it.

    This ac unit is noisy! I don’t know if it’s because of the much larger btu amount than I typically order (8-10k btu). Other than that, ac works great.

    Its too soon to tell about longevity (bought end of summer), but it is powerful! The only downfall I can see, is that you dont see settings chosen on remote, only on unit. Otherwise, so far, so great.

    I have a older ge 12,000 window unit and it worked great until hurricane ida. We had ti remodel the garage apartment and took 15 months to get some to do it. The cover got lost and the evaporation core is filthy dirty anwill freeze up now every couple weeks. The old one works better than the new 14,000 btu. Sucks having a unit that dont work in Southeast Louisiana but they’re uninstalling it and ill need to get another unit. Thankfully ny old ge on its last leg but still goong for nowand staying cool. Ive had bigger units in that window they didnt even come on. Im not sure if best buy issue or manufacturer but 3 units and all been duds and 2 were LG invertedr ones which really sucked. Then you have to play the refund game with beet buy! Worst experience ive had dealing with window ac units.

    Works as advertised. We have a 550 sq/ft place but are on the second floor, so we get the heat from below and the roof. We used to havbe two ACs, a 10000 BTU one in the living room and a 5000 BTU in the bedroom because the main one owuld struggle if we didn’t close off the bedroom. Now we just use this one and it doesn’t struggle. Knocked a star off because you have to use a third party app to use the wifi function unlike the LG we had that was wonderful in that regard. Also, if you run in eco mode, it doesn’t seem to be calibrated. If you want it about 72 in your place, set it to 68. If you want it 72 and are running in normal mode, set it to 72. Also, I think it’s weird they say to let the water sit in the tray when this one is replacing the LG we had because the fins corroded away because of that.

    Wasn’t expecting a lot from a window A/C, however this one is fantastic. My last one could barely keep up in the living room. This one has enough power to keep my whole common area, kitchen included, nice and cool. The smart controls are great, too.

    It worked well, but buyer be warned. Our power chord was out in the open and our dog had got its paw caught while moving backwards and slightly tugged the cord, mind you not hard enought to pull the plug out of the socket nor move the unit. But ever since then, it power cycles and is in need of repair, a pretty costly repair.

    This ac cools off very good! I stay in a double wide trailer and it’s cools off everything but the bedrooms and bathroom. But if it was an open I’m sure it would cool it off too. I stay in Georgia and on days it’s 90-100 it still cools off very good. I would definitely recommend. We have a smaller one in the bedroom and my sister has one in her one bedroom apartment and it cools the whole apartment off.

    Handles the space its in really well, keeps the laundry room, living room, and kitchen very cool and cools them off within 30 minutes of coming back home and turning it on. The extra features can be nice for those who care but I dont use the smart functions enough to give them a proper review.

    I bought this 7 MONTHS AGO! I turned it off since it’s winder and I’m in Florida and we had a few cooler days literally 4-5days plugged it back in and now it’s not working…. The outlet is green to it has power going into it but the control panel won’t let me turn it on I switched it to another outlet and nothing I press everything and nothing turns on this is a piece of crap! DO NOT BUY!!! Last AC I had lasted over 10 yrs this didn’t even last 1 year what is this?!?!? Nothin works won’t even turn on to beep nothing! Filter is clean power is going into it but nothing it’s frustrating it’s warm again I need the ac and to spend almost $600 for a window ac that brakes after 7 months it’s ridiculous

    Have owned and used this for an entire summer before writing this review.
    This A/C unit cools the entire 1st floor of my house on Low Cool setting. About 850sf.
    Very powerful unit even though it uses a regular old wall outlet.
    It IS heavy. I would recommend adding a strong support outside of the window sill to support it. And its handy to have another person around when installing and removing for the off-season.
