    I replaced an old Samsung with a newer one because the heating element was all but gone. The new dryer gets extremely hot, but stops the cycle before clothes, especially heavy clothes, are fully dry.

    Our old dryer was 30yrs old and still working. I doubt that this one will last that long.

    But it does have a light in it, and the lint trap is very nice.

    After three months we have yet to try all of the settings.

    I purchased this G E washer and dryer combination to replace my older set, and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The capacity of the appliances are very accommodating, and because they are high efficiency, less utilities are used, which is a monthly savings.

    The start button is impossible to press. Super hard. Hurts my fingers to press it and get the machine going. Have to try multiple times to start it.

    The dryer works well. No complaints. Delivery was hassle-free. This dryer uses natural gas. You need to separately purchase equipment to hook-up to the gas line and to vent the exhaust outside. A regular power cord came with the dryer.

    Great machine. Large capacity but still with stylish, low profile appearance. It will be nice for large items like comforters and rugs.

    This machine dries the cloths but it is cheap quality. Do not put much on top of it as it dents in and out. What I really hate is the lint trap . When you pull out the screen there is a very narrow opening so if you want to vacume with long narrow attatchment it barely fits. lint stays stuck in the little squares on the inside portion of dryer. My old one I could stick my hand in & wipe it out with wet paper towel or rag. Cheaply made

    This gas dryer is perfect, it heats well, it’s spacious inside and it also has a light in the drum. It gets the job done, it even has an alarm to let you know the cycle has stopped. Which I have promptly turned off. So far so good.

    Dryer is well made, works well, has a large capacity for drying larger items. Buttons and knobs are sturdy, have a good feel (solid and not cheaply made or easily broken) and are well marked and easy to operate.

    The GE dryer is huge inside. It is a good dryer. However, it took a long time to dry my clothes from the washer. I had to redry more than 3 times to get my clothes completely dry.
