Has large drum and drying capacity. The lint trap is a little flimsy is my only complaint. Otherwise great dryer.

We bought the matching set on sale. The low price and decent reviews helped us make the decision. We do laundry a lot and have our washer and dryer in our entry way by the backdoor so space was too tight for a pair of front loaders. The sale included free delivery and installation and the guys that did it were super. Buying the cord through Best Buy ment they attached it to the dryer. Didn’t need a new vent duct and they patiently waited while I attached it. While they installed the washer I was able to take the door off the dryer off easily and reverse it’s swing from RT to LT. We’ve been using them for more than a month and for the first time ever we use the automatic dry setting and our clothes have been coming out perfect! Love the anti-winkle feature and the end of cycle signal. No more forgotten socks as there is a bright light to illuminate the inside. We got our electric bill and did a double take. We saved $40!! We didn’t believe replacing our 20 yr old pair would make such a difference. We are very pleased.

The dryer I bought is gas and I’m satisfied with it so far. It holds a huge amount of clothes, especially compared with my old one. I like the stainless steel interior & so far the clothes don’t seem to get too overheated, as they did in my old one. The only complaint is that the door automatically swings closed and I have to hold it open, throw a couple of items in, them open it again & throw more in. That is very irritating.

This dryer works very well. You’d never know its running because it’s so quiet. The clothes are dry in no time at all. We are glad we chose this dryer out of all the ones we looked at.

Great size, got Black Tie protection. Runs great, but sometimes there is a high pitched squeek, that sounds like a cell phone beeping 2 rooms away when the TV is up really loud – so it is annoying. If it did not squeek then it would be a perfect dryer. It was worth the cost, but the squeek has me nurvous. It is not like something is broken or not working correctly, it is more like a minor thing, but it seems to echo and it doesn’t do it all the time… It is a large dryer that cannot handle what the super sized washer can wash. It is OK because of the noise (it runs VERY quiet otherwise). If it did not squeek then I would give it 10 stars, but I do not like spending money and GE things should last 4-ever and not squeek…

After owning an existing GE washer and Dryer for approximately 5 years the washer started leak when on the spin cycle then two months later the dryer stop working. I am a loyal GE customer so decided to purchase another GE washer dryer set. Upon receipt of this washer and dryer set the Dryer started to make a loud grinding noise and a smell of something burning inside. I contacted Best Buy and exchanged it two more times with all of the exchanges kept making a louder grinding noise. I decided to return the set and buy another brand.

I have been very happy with my dryer. I set it on “optimum dry” and every time, my clothes are perfectly dry. I would definitely recommend this dryer.

I replaced a 16 year old Kenmore washer and dryer with these GE products and I am pleasantly surprised with the performance. Great value for the money and the dryer does a great job and is quiet. I’ve had GE appliances in the past with good luck and glad I went with GE this time.

This dryer is fairly quiet, works wonderfully. Great settings for any type of load and has amazing space. I love the stainless steel interior. Clothes come out perfectly dry and de-wrinkled. Exceptional!!!
