    The agent did not install the range. In the process of attempting to put the range in place they bent one of the rear legs. I had to fix it and install the range myself. They were TOTALLY incompetent. The product was fine they installation was a nightmare

    This electric range is one of the few that has oven heating elements above and below the grills, so food bakes, broils or roasts much better. The range buttons are in the front, so that reduces the chance of someone short getting burned. Attractive design without breaking the bank.

    This is our second purchase of this model range. The first one lasted almost 4 years. The present one is almost 2. Overall they have worked well. Only issue with the current one is the bulbs in the oven keep going out. GE did send me 2 bulbs but they didn’t last long. Otherwise not a bad choice.

    This is great electric stove. Sleek design goes very well with our kitchen and helps display our backsplash. Only downside is that some bigger pots take up two much room but not a huge deal.

    My wife loves this Range! Fits the counter space perfectly. Height is adjustable. Easy to level – Front and Back legs adjust. Both front burners have small or large size settings. The oven heats and operates better than our old one. Best Buy’s on-line comparisons made shopping very easy.

    Worked very well until the stove top cracked May 2022, and a burner went out. We purchased Sep 2021. We had extended warranty then. Now, today is June 8, the stove top cracked again. Warranty expired this passed Sep. Now, I don’t know what the next step will be. We were told no heavy pots and pans could be used on this stove sop. We followed directions. And, it still cracked.

    Love General Electric products, old stove the burners went out so had to replace pre existing one. First day I used it the oven heats up super fast. Burners I had to adjust cooking times and temp settings but that’s with why stove top. No complaints. Just make sure you use the glass cleaner that comes with to get that good shine.

    Very pretty I love it, my only complain is that the glass top scratches easily so be very careful.

    Also it doesn’t come with electricity cable so be sure to buy one.

    After about 4 months of using I was cooking on the stove top and I heard a pop. The glass top had cracked. It is still able to be cooked on but it’s not great to cook on anymore.

    Item great delivery and chat lines simply awful
    I wasted my whole day waiting around for a delivery and each time i went to the online chat I was told something different as to where my item was. Also promised several times that I would receive compensation and that also never materialized.
    In the end I drove back to the Plano store where it had been purchased while my daughter waited on the line for a manager who told her they could not reschedule for several days. In store my original sales person Jasmin was able to expedite the delivery to the next day

    Not even 2 weeks and something is wrong with my new stove. When strong my oven to bake it comes up with an error F350 don’t know what that means so after I continue to reset and reset to try and set my oven the digital panel goes blank and the starts all over again with the error code

    I do love the look and features of this range. We weren’t sold on ‘convection’ as older folks with recipes for regular ranges. I wish this range had a fifth burner though. The knobs are touchy … I wouldn’t have this range with small children in the house.

    After a frustrating experience with an LG induction range, we replaced the $3600 range with a Wirecutter-recommended $850 GE and it’s working just fine. It’s such a relief to be able to just cook things again, even though the cooktop stays hot for a little bit. Cheers to GE!

    We were looking for a stove with front controls instead of the more popular controls on back of top. This fit the bill and was available in stainless steel. It was also available for immediate pickup at the best buy warehouse, which was a plus.

    This was a very great purchase. I was in need for a new stove/oven and this was by far a great deal. I bought it open box and there was literally nothing wrong with it but a small dent on the side. The oven bakes evenly and quickly.

    Great slide in electric range. Would have liked an informational booklet to be included with it. I Found it strange that this is the first appliance I have bought from GE that did not include one. I am considering now buying a microwave to match it, but am wondering if that also will arrive without a booklet.

    It is a good stove that requires daily cleaning regarding use and touch. Also, the bottom draw is a pain because the grip is not user-friendly; it depends on your grip. This was not my first choice; it was temporarily bought because of a delay in my original purchase’s delivery.

    Had it for one year and already one of the burners not working and the other burner only works on high! Don’t buy it!
