    We are really enjoying this stove. We like the knobs and screen in the front of the stove. It is easy to see and operate. We like the option of the bake and convection oven all in one. We are pleased with our choice.

    The installation went smoothly and the range and oven have both been easy to use. We haven’t had any issues. The oven takes a few minutes to heat up but it is SO much bigger than our old oven it makes sense that is would take a little longer to get up to temp. The convection oven feature works great on baked items like pizzas.

    I was having constant problems with a Kenmore electric range with the open burners. Using the open burners with large pots created too much heat under the burners, literally frying the electric connections to each burner. This smoothtop range should not have that problem.

    Range is working well with one exception – there was some discoloration that appeared on top and under the cooktop after the first time we used the range. Using the included cleaner helped, but didn’t remove all issues.
    Best Buy customer service was very helpful and the exchange policy is the best. We will see what happens with the next one we get.

    I love my slide-in electric convection range. It is a high quality range which I purchased for $700.00 off listed price. The radiant glass cooktop looks great with burners turned on. The warming area is a very useful feature as well. I have yet to use the convection oven, since I have only had the range a short time. I would recommend this electric range to anyone.

    Lots of settings and easy to clean! Convection oven was a must and the burners turn on super fast and heat things up 10x faster than my old stove from 1950. (I would hope that was the case) but it does the job and looks super nice!

    A great looking range. It warms up quick and seems to hold temps very well. Oven is great, wife loves it. I bought this on sale but had I known how nice it was I may have bought it at the regular price. Delivery was prompt and well within the time period they gave me.
