I really like it. It’s my first big washer. Before i had portable automatic washing machine. It has big capacity for washing clothes with so many features. And it is smart washer . With smart things app you can operate them from anywhere in your home. You can control them. Washer is big enough to wash king size comforter. I love it.

This has been a terrible purchase so far. Bought the first week of November, after 4 days the washer started throwing error codes. We have had GE Appliances out, found the water line was damaged during installed, filed an insurance claim with Best Buy, had a plumber out to fix, and the washer still doesn’t work on many cycles like Sanitary. For owning this for a month, it’s been awful.

I love the color so I saved for a while to get this. Unfortunately a year and a half after having this washer it cut off and will not come back on. I’ve had a tech come and he search high and low and said he had done all he could do but could not find nor solve. Problem even after switching main mother board. I’m sad because I love this set and the color but a little over a year is not worth the 1300 I spent on it. I wish I could find the answer but even the call center isn’t much help.

This washer is the best i have purchased so far.
It has all the feature i was looking for in a washer. A venting front loader by itself, no need of keeping the door open after each wash, the spin dry has a heating system that helps the clothes almost dry after the spin, wash plus dry feature with few clothes will get you ready to use your clothes in the morning! No need of taking out your clothes out to transfer to a drier that saves me time so i can do other things i love to do, faster washing cycle yet sanitizing feature is fantastic. Wifi enabled to control your wash time remotely. Extra large soap dispenser for several loads before refilling is great feature. Quiet operation with sight and sound of end cycle reminder.

We have had this washing machine for about a month and it has seen a ton of use (we have a large household). I am impressed with the easy of use. Our previous washing machine struggles with our stinky teenage boys’ gear- particularly the scent. This washing machine leaves clothes smelling clean. I like the ultra fresh vent. It takes a long time to cycle through the vent, so I just run it overnight every few days. I am happy with this purchase and highly recommend this washing machine.

One of the worst washing machines I ever bought. It uses so very little water that clothes come out partially dry and it is not from spinning but from not getting wet. There are models that allow you to choose extra water. Be sure thats the one you buy. Unfortunately mine does not have that option, so I have to pause, open the door and manually add water with the bucket….the biggest pain in the neck. I would not recommend this machine.

Love the GE front load washer easy to use , it is so quiet you Bailey know it’s running, the fact it has vent to keep it from smelling is awesome!’ Also the fact it has a soap reservoir so you just add your whole bottle of soap and it self measures for each loafd is so cool . This washer is quite and so far the clothes come out nice and clean, no residue. I love the smart despense laundry soap option. I just wish they would have added it for the fabric softner as well. Great features to choose for different types of laundry. I havent used the wifi yet so I can’t speak to its ease of use.

I own a small farm and always worry about how I smell. This machine is amazing. No gaminess, no feathers, no cat or dog hair, no pig smell left on the clothes no matter how dirty I got with this washer. A massive upgrade from the washer I used to have that required running three to four times to get rid of smells rather than once. An absolute game changer.

I would say this washer and dryer are amazing! Love the color it came in washes ans drys amazing! The only con I have about the washer is that the WiFi feature for the app seems to always lose connection and then you have to delete and reinstall it. The other feature that seems to have an issue is where it smart dispenses soap for you. I noticed in mine that it doesn’t seem to dispense enough. I ended up taking it out and cleaning the tank it seems to be working better but its hard to tell if any soap has went down. Other than that if I didn’t have those issues this would be 5 stars all the way!

Owned this dryer for three years. In the first few months I had one dryer fin break off. It cannot handle heavy loads, I have had to have service replace three dryer fins when they break during drying of heavy loads. Poor quality in their parts and construction.

Baought jan 2021 the pump turns on when washer is off even three days after a load has been washed. Repair was called the person i spoke to said the had to order parts before he even came out! Then when he came out he fixed nothing. Told me the machine said i was using too much soap. I never go past the fill marks!! So im stuck with a machine that i have to unplug after every load.

Large, large, large capacity. It manages my bedding with ease and there is still a lot of room left in the drum. The only thing I don’t care for (but can simultaneously still appreciate its purpose) is the 8hr UltraFresh vent cycle. An 8hr cycle to dry the basin?? I like that I get an Alexa alert, and text message, to notify me when my load is 5mins from being done and again once it is complete. I also like the automatic soap dispenser. It helps save time from having to do that minor extra step. One warning, when pouring bleach in the bleach reservoir, make sure the door is fully closed because the bleach immediately flows into the tub.

Including the pedestal, I Spent over $1300 on this washing machine. It lasted 2 years!! Motherboard, control panel replaced and still didn’t work. Finally told need new motor. Also, always had leftover
water in drum, don’t complete cycles, say complete after 4 minutes of washing. Mold and water in dispenser. Warranty claims misuse and will not replace machine. GE please reimburse me with a $1300 check!!
