We’ve only had it for a few weeks, but so far we’re impressed. Wafer takes huge loads, is pretty quiet, and doesn’t jump around. The display of remaining tube is actually accurate and the LG phone app informs you when the cycle is complete. Like the way it looks to.

When our previous washer stopped working, we wanted to get a washer that was worth the price and made laundry a little easier. This one fits the bill! The high-capacity means laundry takes less time and the washer does a fantastic job getting our clothes clean. It’s super easy to use and has a setting for anything we need to wash. We love it!

Love this washer. I had the exact same washer in 2021. I moved and the movers dropped it 4 times and I saw continuous problems after it had been damaged significantly but it continued to work. I finally bought a new one Black Friday. The same but like new again. Very reliable. Never any problems with mold or the door. Nice upgrade that they took off the auto dispenser because I never used it anyway in the first washer

This machine is terrible. This is my second one installed from Best Buy under warranty. It has nothing to do with the installation. The machine rattles and rocks back and forth during the spin cycle. It doesn’t matter if you have one pair of pants or a regular load of clothing, it shakes and can be heard throughout the entire house! I can’t stand it. I’m returning this trash and buying an LG or something. Hopefully it won’t have the same problem.

This washer is super easy to use. The buttons are very clear, the spin cycle isn’t loud being on medium, when my last washer cycled on low and shook the house (it seemed like). The venting system is amazing and really nice to have. I would 100% recommend this washer.

We love it!! We have not had a new washer in almost 20 years and I am so glad we were able to purchase this beautiful washer (and matching dryer). It washes huge amounts at a time or just a small load if that is what you want and it has a special drying feature when your load is done that keeps it dry and clean smelling.

I have had this unit for 2.5 years now. So far zero issues.
Great washer, no issues with electronics or function so far. The ultra fresh vent is a super handy feature that allows the machine to dry itself with the door closed, so you don’t have the leave the door open.
If there is any negative, it is that this machine is heavy! My wife and I have our washer/dryer on a pedestal and it was very hard to get this machine up to it. Be ready with where you want to put this machine as it is not easy to move.
Hopefully this unit lasts us at least 15 years, which so far seems to be very doable. Very happy with the purchase.
