    Sadly nothing is made to last – I decided to go with the old school top loader with basic functions hoping to have something that would actually wash laundry unlike other high efficiency washers but this one started having issues within a year and doesn’t use enough water on a rinse cycle so I’ve been having to do a second wash cycle without soap just to make sure things get clean of soap. It drains water before the wash cycle is complete so often times I’m having to do multiple wash cycles and is loud

    Great washer! Love that you can pick your load size. Wash loads of laundry that don’t take long. Spins clothes so well that they dry in no time. I would totally recommend this washer.

    I’ve had this washer since March 2021 and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It still runs like it did with the first load of clothes. I can fit fairly large blankets in it as well without it getting off balance.

    Delivery was an absolute nightmare, inconvenience, terrible experience. I opted to purchase from BB due to a vendor praising their warranty program. BB’s selection of US manufacturers appliances pales in comparison to HD & Lowe’s. I trusted my vendor’s advice & found 3 appliances to purchase from BB. I own rental properties & have purchased 10x more appliances than the average person.
    When I say the delivery scheduling experience was a nightmare, it’s not an exaggeration. I’m already looking to purchase several appliances for properties. I will not even look at BB, based on the multi-day 12 hour delivery window, with zero updates, communication or way for the customer to easily communicate or narrow down delivery windows. BB did an excellent job of leaving the worst taste in the customer’s mouth.

    A pretty good washer overall, though you do have to be very careful with evenly distributing bulky items, even on the bulky setting, as it will go out of balance easily. But not bad for the price, nice large capacity.

    The washer seems pretty good. My wife had some concerns with trying to wash bath mats. This was easy with our old washer but this one kept stopping and having to restart. Seems to be due to some “smart” feature trying to prevent damage, but the end result is something that was simple with the old washer became a task we had to figure out with this new one. You just want stuff to work, you don’t want to have to read tons of posts and watch youtube videos to figure out what’s going on.

    The real reason for only 2 stars is the delivery/installation. Somehow awful delivery has become the new normal. They mixed up the hot and cold hoses. They didn’t balance the feet under the washer so when we tried using it, it would “walk” away. So after having paid for delivery, I had to switch the hoses myself. Not having the correct wrench for the job, I had to go out and purchase one. Then I had to lay down on the basement floor to adjust the feet. This took a lot of time (one was easy, one was stuck) and the whole time I’m wondering, why did I pay Best Buy for installation? When was the last time I gave such awful service to a customer? Oh that’s right, never, because I’d be out of a job if I did that.

    I am giving it 4 stars so far. Have only
    Had it about a month and was looking for a cheap or mid price
    Machine makes noise like any HE washer but spins good and you can adjust the water fill if you want. Could have gotten a LG or Samsung for about the same
    Price but they both have bad reviews. If it lasts five yrs will be happy as all appliances don’t
    Last 15-20 yrs like they used to.
