    It works ok. Shuts off alot telling me to clean filter and empty water tray and i have the hose going out the drain so dont know why it does that. And the lint filter is always clean. Very small loads only

    Excellent for a small household with limited laundry space. Stacked on the matching washer. Drains well without issues as long as you remember to to rinse the condenser out about once a month and clean the lint filter after every load. Does generate heat and warm up the small space it is in, but not too bad. Clothes may feel “warm damp” after a cycle, but just leave the door open for five minutes so they cool and you’ll realize that the censor dry does work and clothes are in fact Dry! and not damp at all.

    This ventless dryer does not dry clothes properly. After a month of use we got tired of clothes not drying. We chose to return it and exchange for one that has a vent. Will review that one when we get it.

    It took 4 months to get the product but once it arrived and installed, it was easy to use. The dryer also takes a little longer to dry compared to our previous vent dryer. We are pleased with our purchase.

    It’s a good dryer quiet, easy to use, BUT I have notice some occasions where they don’t dry the clothes completely. This is my first ventless dryer ( first dryer period really). Nonetheless I really do like it and am glad to not have to go to the laundry mat to do my family’s laundry.

    The washer has so many more settings than my old Bosch. Having done only a few loads of laundry– so far, so good.

    I’m not a fan of ventless electric dryers, but don’t have the option to choose otherwise. This one is absolutely an improvement over my old bosch.

    I really don’t like BOSCH (they weren’t my choice 8 years ago. Washer died after 8 years. I’m only one person. It shouldn’t have died that quickly).

    I’ve had GE in the past, far superior construction.

    Washer and dryer are 5 stars, deducting one star for the delivery condition (and I’m being very generous).

    The GE Compact Washer and Dryer are great. The smaller load size takes a little getting used to if you are coming from full size units. Once you get the hang of the vent free dryer, it’s as good as any other dryer.

    Reguarding BestBuy’s delivery service – both the washer and dryer were dented when they arrived (the delivery guys tried to conceal the damage), the dryer ended up having to be replaced because the side panel was pushed in and the drum rubbed on the inside of the panel, the dent on the washer was cosmetic, so we let it go. It took about a month to get the replacement dryer, when it arrived it was dented as well, since the dent was cosmetic, we again let it go. Overall we’re happy with the equipment, but not impressed by the delivery service, We basically paid full price for “scratch and dent” products.

    This under counter dryer holds way more than expected–if you have been to Europe, you’ll understand that this model does not need a hose vented for the air. It collects the moisture from the clothing into a tray/reservoir drawer that you empty after each load.

    Purchased dryer with matching washer with stacking kit and was installed by Geek Squad. After install & test run was completed by Geek Squad a small load of laundry was washed and put in dryer. Dryer is very quiet. Laundry came out completely dried with no damp spots found. Dryer is not difficult to program for whatever your drying needs are.

    Fabulous compact Dryer. I purchase the vented dryer in the 4.1 Cu Ft as it will really dry your clothes. I have also had the Bosch compacts and will never use again after experiencing this GE model. Works great for small family or couple. Keeps your laundry manageable as I do not like laundry pile up. Quiet machine that can be used near any area without being a noise distraction.

    This is a STAR Energy dryer which is what I am looking for to save energy. I like the white color. It is stackable with the matching washer – a plus!

    So far so good.
    It’s a 240VAC, non Vent Dryer and has a water pump to aid with the evaporation removal.
    It dries, but takes longer than a “normal” large dryer. So even though it does take like 3 times longer to dry stuff, it uses about 1/3 less current (supposedly it’s 12 amps at 240vac compared to 30 amp larger normal dryers). This should mean less cost for wiring and circuit breaker theoretically IF you had to run a new service to it. I used my old existing 240vac setup, had a great maytag that died due to flood..

    It did NOT come with a 240vac cord, ensure you have the proper prong setup if you purchase a new one (to mate with what’s in your home).

    It doesn’t weigh a ton (about 100Lbs) like many compact dryers (in the 150Lbs range), easier to move into home due to it’s lighter weight and smaller dimensions.
    The lint trap in the front is easy to clean (removal and insertion) as is the condenser radiator (there’s a panel in the front lower left, slide the radiator out the blow it out). You will see a RED LETTERING REMINDER to clean it.

    The water pump works good, easy to use, simply attach the provided hose to it and run it to a drain. It’s short though, about 5 to 6 feet ish..It looks to be that typical clear 1 1/4 inch flex tube used on dehumidifiers with water pumps.

    It has dryer presets, but can easily be used by pressing timer button and then choosing your heat setting. The timer can increment in 10 minuet intervals using the right knob. It has low, med, high heat setting and with and ext dry setting too.

    Only Issue:
    Queen size sheets will ball up, best to put in for 20 min intervals and then unravel, else its just a ball tumbling…
    All other items tumble as they should, no issues.

    Cottons like T shirts are not being shrunken due to excessive heat (low, 1 hour 30 to 40 min for my six 3xl thicker cotton T shirts, 4 to 6 pairs 2xl of cloth non fancy draw string type shorts).
    Towels (4 to 5 medium ish grade not too thick or thin), most times will require 1 hour 40 min compared to my old normal dryer for similar loads at about 45 min (possibly 6 to 8).

    Not too many choices for a compact non vent 240vac that didn’t weigh more than 100lbs and had decent reviews. Actually..I think this was the only one..at least available to pick up close to me.

    I lucked out and got mine as an open box from Best Buy. With the added savings I put a 3 year geek squad on it, as this is my 1st weirdo dryer (meaning condenser, compact, etc) not sure what to expect.

    My dryer has been serving me well since using it these past several months. No issues.

    Just received the washer-dryer 6/16/22. I like the size of the dryer (wish washer was as big). Settings are confusing. After I set the settings for 40 mins, each time it would reset to damp dry. I don’t want damp dry clothes. If I used one of the preset dry cycles, it takes 2 hrs to dry. My PGE bill would soar! C/S plans to replace this dryer.

    We love the condenser dryer. It would be helpful if the manufacturer offered a longer drain line. However, the clothing comes out soft, without softener, and wrinkle-free. No worry about clogged vents and fire.

    – Noisy – The brand new dryer was very noisy. It was recording 70dB+ with a sound meter.
    – Heat & Humidity release – Due to its ventless & condensation design, a lot of heat will be released from the unit as well as humidity. It needs to be placed in space with good air circulation or dry air.
    – Hot – The unit gets very hot while operating.
    – Dry efficiency – It does dry the clothe effectively and sensor dry worked effectively. It adjust cloth time and often ends cycle earlier than initial setting which I found very good.
