Although cook top had the same measurements as my previous cook top, it was actually a bit smaller and did not fit correctly. Waiting for Best Buy to pick it up.
In spite of the problem, Best Buy is great to work with.

Couple points to consider. First, our prior GE stove had a main gas line knob that would turn off the gas. This model is missing that feature. Furthermore, you will likely melt at least one knob. Finally, it is pretty tight to use all 5 burners at the same time if your cooktop is against a wall on either the left or right side.

After few months of usage.. Bad quality steel used or blistering of paint (air bubble) . My old GE cooktop last 15+ years without any issues.. pics attached..
