    Fit in to existing space with no counter modification. Heats quickly and well. Power boil heats item very fast and the syncbuners work great for large pots.

    This GE 30” electric cooktop fit perfectly into the existing opening in our granite countertop. Heating units warm quickly. And I enjoy the convenience of having a timer right on the cooktop. Very easy to clean the flat surface!

    This was purchased as a replacement for an older model that had stopped working and would be too expensive to repair. It fits perfectly in my countertop and I love how quickly it heats up and the position of the burners allowing for the larger pan on the right. I would recommend this model for sure!

    I broke my other stove when a fire extinguisher fell on it. It was a blessing in disguise. This stove has no knobs which makes it easier to clean. Heats quickly. Con: the eyes on the stove don’t allow for you to use 4 medium pots at the same time. Overall a great product.

    This is a replacement for an induction cooktop that died after 6 years of use. So far this has been a great electric radiant cooktop (GE JP5030DJ2BB), and I prefer it over the induction cooktop, it is hard to find pans for induction and very expensive. The only thing I miss on the induction is that it cools faster.

    I like that you can adjust the burner size on the large burner, and you can synchronize the left burners so you can use a griddel.

    The cooktop lockout is great if you have small children or grandkids.

    It was easy to install and I did it with the help of a friend who I only needed to help me set it into the opening, made easier to make sure it went in evenly. Very satisfied with the purchase.

    I had a Jenn Aire cooktop for 20 years. Worked great and loved the dimensions of the various size burners and the placement. I just dropped a heavy salt shaker on it and it cracked. After using further it continued to crack.

    The new cooktops are not the same as far as the size of burners or where they are located. Found this one that was the closest to what I was used too.

    I still have to get used to the placements of burners and thank goodness I only use two burners max 99 percent of the time.

    I had to return this item because it didn’t fit our cut out. I should have read the size better but I figured 30″ was 30″ not 29″ which is what it actually is.

    I like the cooktop. I love that I can lock it. However I have a hard time getting it to turn on if there’s any moisture on the stove. It also will turn off easily and your not aware it turned off and dinner is now 30 minutes longer to cook. I would definitely go back to a cooktop with knobs over digital

    Trades in my 9 year old GE profile for this one and even though the Profile model is considered more ‘deluxe‘ , I feel this cooktop is an upgrade. For starters, it looks beautiful- even the installer commented on it. (This also comes with a downside; it s very glossy and shows up smudges etc. easily.) There are the plus factors of rapid boil, the connecting burners for cooktop grills, the burners all heat quickly and evenly and the overall ease of use. Very happy.

    Just follow the instructions. Or have a professional install it. It work’s great we love it.

    So far, very happy with this cooktop in the month we have had it. Love the fully flat panel. Much easier to clean. We wipe it down with specific glass cooktop cleaner and it has been working well. No issues with the Best Buy install of this either. It replaced a 30” Frigidaire that was cracked. A decent sized pot of water took about 4 min to boil which was great.

    This stove works well heats quick and seems to cook evenly. The cooktop is very difficult to keep clean. The worst part is keeping it clean and warring about scratching it.

    Cooktop needs to have more distinct markings for the settings. The marking for turning burners on is nearly impossible to see without turning on overhead lights.

    Do enjoy the smooth top for cleaning. No more knobs to deal with.

    I have zero complaints on this product, it looks good and was easy in install. We’ve updated a built in microwave and a dishwasher and now this and this cooktop was by far the easiest. I highly recommend this product. You can’t beat 2 day shipping and install.

    This is a really nice cooktop I’m not a huge cook but I really like them point that you can lock your stove top so you don’t have to worry about setting things on fire accidentally which oddly enough I do worry about and the melt burner is amazing everything just works really really well

    If you never have a pot that boils over, or a lid that drips condensation, you’ll love this stovetop…because the burners shut themselves off when anything you’re cooking splashes or drips. If your fingers are always a perfect 98.6°F and you never set a spatula or spoon down on your stovetop while you cook, you will love this appliance…because the power sensors are insanely touchy and won’t work if your hands are cold or if a spoon, pot lid, spatula, etc is also touching the surface. This cooktop is incredibly aggravating to use and makes cooking a chore. GE customer service refuses to acknowledge the issues and instead refers us back to the user’s manual which is not at all helpful. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

    Two big complaints about this cooktop. One is the arrangement of the burners: they’re too close together in several spots. It’s very easy to have two pans pushing each other out of good alignment with the burners, and there’s lots of wasted space. It’s almost impossible to use all four burners and often very difficult to use three.

    The second is the controls. They are waaaay too sensitive. Every time you put something down on them, things start beeping at you and wanting to turn on. My previous flattop cooker required slightly more effort to activate the buttons and didn’t go off so often.

    It’s pretty, it heats well, it gets the job done, but I will not buy a cooktop with this arrangement of burners again.

    I want to like this cooktop, but its convinced me to never every buy another appliance with conductive buttons. It is extremely good at ignoring some button presses or just making up new ones if it or your fingers are at all damp.
