I’m very pleased with my new washer. It cleans great and the spin cycle is awesome- now it takes less time to dry my laundry!! Couldn’t be happier.

This washer dos’nt rinse like they say it does. It aggitates for 5 seconds then just sits there till the cycle is finished. Clothes come out soapy and they say it’s a HE washer but no where says it is. You have to use a certain kind of detergent and frabric softner, would not recomend this washer to anyone.

This machine was the most poorly made washer I’ve ever owned. Purchased in 2007, we’ve replaced 4 motors and 2 transmissions in the first 4 years. Thanks goodness we bought the protection plan. Parts are poorly made and don’t last long. Washer does get clothes clean if you can keep it running. The matching dryer was equally disappointing.
