Was not informed that the frame was not adjustable therefore I could not use in in the custom cabinet the microwave sits in. I did use the bottom to secure it into the cabinet but needed to create my own frame.

Part of the installation material for the trim did not fit. I thought it was said to do so. I had to use a sawsaw to cut it down.
Missing –
Without a user’s manual I have no idea of what all the buttons will do
