    HOW DO I WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT AN ITEM THAT NEVER MADE IT OFF THE TRUCK BUT I’VE BEEN CHARGED FOR? ITS JUST FLOATING AROUND, WHILE Best Buy HAS MY MONEY IN THEIR BANK AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT TO SHOW FOR IT.

    This might be a good product but do not buy it with your washer/dryer purchase. I’ve had 3 Best Buy installation crews out to try and install it and none of them have known how. So now I have a big box leaning up against my washing machine. How can Best Buy sale something and take money to install it and then be unable to follow through on something so basic? It’s a stand to put under a washing machine. That’s not confusing.

    Very grateful to have this pedestal installed under our new stacked washer and dryer after a month’s wait for delivery. Without it, the washing machine shook so much during the spin cycle (even on the lowest setting) that it shimmied 6 inches or more across the floor. It’s also a better level so that we don’t have to bend down so far.

    you really need this if you stack the washer and dryer. Im 5 foot,6 inches tall and this puts the height of the other units just right

    Works great and worth the money. I converted my linen closet to fit the washer and dryer side by side. They sit low. A pedestal to raise these up would be appreciated.

    This 4″ pedestal was backordered for three months. When it finally came in stock, it was delivered and installed with no problems. It does make a height difference with this front-load Washer/Dryer combo, and I am glad I purchased it. Thank you Best Buy for your good service.

    This item seems pretty easy but it’s not. And now that it’s attached to my machine, the machine now rattles and vibrates. And if you’re wondering, yes, it is for the correct washing machine. And the machine is level according to the leveler. I also put shock absorbers on the feet and that does not help either. And its on a stable concrete floor.
    I like Best Buy as a store and will keep purchasing from them but this product from the manufacturer does not work for me.

    I bought this with my combo washer/dryer. It gives it a little extra height. So far no problems with it. I think it’s pricey given the material but its helping my back a little.

    its a great product, but not a universal product that I believed would fit any 24″ washer/dryer. Not so. yes, I see the big GE on it, but It didn’t fit my LG so it went back. Right height! Recommend for GE owners.

    Unit vibrates really badly since this riser has been installed. Height is good though.
