    The Microwave was put in a box and tape like new, not easy to open. By the time I was able to use the Microwave my 2 week return date had passed. The Microwave was not new and it had been dropped by who ever had it before we purchased it. the inside of the unit on the door was damage and the turn table hesitates as it turns. I am not sure how long it will stay working due to sometimes it does not heat the way it should.

    Bought May 2023. Delivered June 2023. No power Nov 2023. Currently working through instructions for GE reimbursement. Reimbursement good for another GE model of equal or lesser value than current one. GE customer service has been quick and helpful. No event or anything before it stopped working. We checked the outlet and electrical box, etc to see if the issue was on our end. Everything on our end checked out fine. Prior to when it stopped working, it was a good unit. Would recommend if you are fortunate to receive one with more longevity.

    THE MICROWAVE WORKS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THERE WAS NO OWNERS MANUAL INCLUDED WITH THE MICROWAVE.

    Absolutely did not like this microwave. I used it for about one week and then ordered a different brand. I don’t think the sensor cook was working correctly. Operation of the microwave was very loud. There was no operation manual included. I could download one for $1 which would be refunded. Once I attempted to download, I started getting odd notices on my internet, almost like a virus. No way was I going to enter a credit card number for a 1$ charge and then refund. I will be donating this item. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it.

    Bought this as a replacment for my 11 year old GE built in microwave. Fit perfectly in the existing framework. All the controls are even the same. Works very well.

    This thing is a beast! it cooks food so much faster than my previous unit. I used it for 2023 thanksgiving, and the other thing we noticed was how evenly the dishes were warmed up, not hot outside/cold inside.

    I’ve bought this microwave before and I like the rounded back side. It’s big enough t and tall enough for large dishes, cooks evenly and has universal menu. I bought the counter top one and it was promised in 3 days but I got it in 1 day, just in time for thanksgiving

    For heavy duty and frequent use! It doesn’t have some of the newest features like an inverter or convection fan. It makes up for it in durability and plain old functionality!

    Got it at a good price on Black Friday.
    The microwave has a lockout feature, which most microwaves now have. It locks you out after five minutes, so you have to open the door before the buttons work. This prevents the unit from being damaged by running it without putting food in it. I thought this was a defect., but turns out it is a design feature. I’m getting used to it. Overall a pretty good microwave.

    Replaced 13 yr. old product. Same make & model. Exact same measurements as original for custom built-in look,
    Also noticed that back wall inside of oven was curved to meet side-walls vs original “flat/squared” construction of original. Better heating performance.

    This is a replacement to the same micro purchased July 2023 (5 months prior); the button stopped working to open the door. Apparently replacement parts aren’t made, so new was purchased. It was under warranty but that was a hassle. Hopefully the new micro button will last, and then it’s a good micro for the cost.

    Bought this online on a Sunday and the microwave arrived at my house Tuesday early afternoon – great shipping time!
    It is great that the old trim kit fits………our microwave from 2011 was a GE Profile 2.0 cu. ft microwave (model PEB2060SMSS) that was a “built in” installed with a trim kit. With trim kits being about $225 I was hoping to find another GE that would fit using the same trim kit – so I bought this model (JES2051SNSS) and it fit perfectly with the old trim kit. The website says a new trim kit was needed but it was wrong. Even the screw holes in the body of the microwave were in exactly the same place! Thank you GE for keeping the compatibility from year to year. The photo in the cabinet is the new one installed; the others are the old one.

    Only had it for a few days but looks good, almost the same as the old one, and it works well

    It’s early in the install, but so far so good. It’s a hot microwave & heats super fast. The lighting inside is good for checking food while it heats and it’s easy to clean. I’m very pleased.

    The microwave is not complicated to use and it has a clean design. My issue is the door “button” sticks if it is pushed in on the left side. There is a short delay before it returns to its regular position. Using the right side of the “button” to open the door seems to work fine.
